Project Fit Preston is a Community Interest Company established to help improve the physical and mental wellbeing of Women and their families living in and around Preston, Lancashire. Offering physical activity opportunities for adults and young people. Wellbeing services to tackle inequality and poverty. Services available include weekly food pantry, uniform bank, mental health peer support, volunteering and training, youth work programmes, community gym and fitness provider.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love attending the ladies only gym classes here surrounded by friendly, professional and non-judgemental instructors and women. I would recommend Project Fit Preston to ladies who are enthusiastic about fitness and equally to beginners who want to step into exercising! Cannot applaud the work they do enough!! Absolutely brilliant!!!
