Fantastic experience: Amazing atmosphere!

Fantastic experience: I did a drop in session with the 06.30AM class this morning. Sam, the coach, made me feel extremely welcome. The facilities were top notch too. I got a hot shower after the class and a decent flat white too. I'll definatley be going back when i'm next passing.

Fantastic experience: Probably the best Crossfit gym in the area. It is suitable for all levels of fitness because all movements can be performed with no- or low weight or resistance, up to the heavy weight. Great for burning a lot of calories and gaining muscles. The coaches very motivating and the members are friendly. Nice space and great new equipment.

Fantastic experience: Loving Shirefit North Leeds and the variety of workouts they offer!! Tara the coach is very engaging and makes each session fun and unique to each member. I personally value the personal feedback she gives on technique and loving the inclusivity of each class. Really glad I joined!!

Fantastic experience: Nothing but Praise for this Place!!!! The Gym, the equipment and the decor are first class with more ideas planned, however the main positive is the people! The friendliness of the exceptional coaching team and new members is really reassuring to anyone tackling 'proper CrossFit' for the first time... This is also in addition to encouragement from the existing Shirefit community who have paid a visit. Leave any Preconceptions at the door and come have a look and give it a go, you'll love it!
