Having had the pleasure of running bootcamps and circuits in local gyms, which I thoroughly enjoy (Lawrence Boys Club/Koko & Limewood Hotel/ Lyndhurst) I further offer classes for groups from 4 to 20 people, giving you the chance to work with and alongside other people.
I am also part of the coaching team in the recently opened Crossfit Box in Lymington, where I can be found running WODs (workout of the days) on Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays from 3 pm.
Even though you are in a group setting, it is wise to remember that everyone is different and everyone will achieve their personal goals by listening to their body and pushing it that little bit more each time you exercise.
Throwing punches requires a surprising amount of upper body strength, and combining some serious strength moves with calorie-burning boxing will, in turn, help to improve your body composition.
Further to this, your hand-eye coordination can be improved through regular boxing as you get more and more accurate at hitting those targets on the focus pads. Improve your motor skills, reaction times and agility.
When you have regular massages, you only reap a mass of benefits, to you physical self, your mind, emotions, and mental capacity.
