Getfitquick Ltd started personal training in Tooting leisure Centre in 2012 and was registered as a company in 2015. GFQ graduated from Brunel University with a BSc Degree in Sport Science and Coaching in 2011. We specialise is Fat loss, Boxing, Strength Training and weight training. We have over 10 years experience working in big commercial gyms including virgin active, Esporta and most recently The Gym Group Tooting helping 100’s of clients on their fitness journeys. After Covid 19 l set up my own outdoor Personal Training studio luckily in a south facing garden. It’s fully equipped with an Olympic platform, 2 Boxing Bags, a Squat Rack, electric roof and 250Kg of weights to play with if you like strength training.

Fantastic experience: Jason is an exceptional coach. I began training with him post Covid, during which time I had gained 10kg. With Jason’s guidance, I was not only able to shed that weight but also gained a wealth of knowledge. Not only did I do boxing/kickboxing, He pushed me to beat all my PBs. (Push press/glute bridges) He’s the number one HEAD COACH, always available to answer any question you may have. I highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Let’s starts with 5* for Jason :-) I boxed with Jason a couple of years ago and then a few months ago I came back to train with him. Started going once a week, but quickly went up to twice a week because it was so good & so fun, you forget you’re even training & sweating your a** off! Jason is an excellent coach. Being a boxer himself, he is super knowledge and great at actually coaching someone as well. He coached me well to remind me and drill techniques, so well we were able to quickly progress to incorporating kicks as well. My improvement in such a short amount of time has been significant and the changes in my body are extremely noticeable. Would highly recommend training with Jason if you’re you’re looking for a passionate, knowledgeable and great coach :-) So sad I’m leaving London after finding someone so great!

Fantastic experience: Results Driven, Expert Advice, Fun, Reliable. I've been training with Jason for a few years and he's definitely the real deal. His knowledge and expertise in the area of fitness is excellent - well rounded and holistic. If you're looking for a serious coach, who isn't going to randomly cancel sessions on you, great value for money, goes that extra mile, who genuinely cares about your fitness journey, will elevate your body to the next level then Jason is your guy!!! Fantastic experience: I started working out with Jason at Get Fit Quick six months ago. I love the progress that I am making with my twice weekly boxing sessions. Plus Jason's knowledge, encouragement and friendly banter make the sessiona a lot of fun. It's great value for money and I would thoroughly recommend anyone to give Jason a try.

Fantastic experience: Jason is the best boxing trainer I’ve ever had. He goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable but also challenge you to do better. I’ve also done a bit of strength training with him and whether you’re an athlete or a hybrid trainer, I would definitely recommend him

Fantastic experience: I am a Semi Pro athlete in preparation for my professional debut. I was recommended Get Fit Quick by a fellow competitor. Since working with Get Fit Quick, my all round fitness has improved and performance output is far greater. Thanks to an intelligent approach, measured & recorded data tracking and well designed sessions I am confident in applying my improved ability during competitions. I would recommend for all aspects of fitness but the S&C especially !

Fantastic experience: I did many disciplines Boxe in France , kick boxe iTaly and London , Muay Thai in London and I wanted to quit but him changed my decision……. it’s an Amazing coach for fitness , lifting , kick boxing and boxe , energy and passion in his DNA , I had many coaches of kick boxing and Muay Thai and he is one of the best , make you understand everything in a easy way , Highly recommended, Like a Human Being Excellent amazing guy I feel lucky a met him

Fantastic experience: If you live in south London and fancy doing some boxing I'd definitely recommend Jason. He knows exactly how to coach you and literally will get you fit quick. He's really knowledgeable and you'll really feel like you've trained but the sessions are fun too - he's a top bloke.

Fantastic experience: I have struggled to find a type of exercise I actually enjoy, then I found GFQ and the rest was history! Jason makes boxing so much FUN. He keeps my mind busy with instructions that I forget I am exercising. He is very motivating and it is clear to see his passion and energy in every session. He is patient with me, yet has pushed me beyond my own abilities. Although I have some way to go on my fitness journey, Jason has helped build my confidence. His flexible schedule works around my lifestyle. If you are local or in the South London area hit him up, you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: This guy l has a degree in sports science and is a very good boxing/kickboxing coach. I have seen him train many clients over the last 6 months but was intimidated to speak to him about kickboxing. Luckily we spoke, did a taster session and the rest is a history! Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: How can I put it. I started off as an athlete in track and field and Jason was my mentor training partner and coach for much of my time competing after 2010. I had no idea on how to even throw a punch technically but Jason taught me how to fight technically and taught me the number combo system which is so effective.. This not only increased my confidence but also my interest in Boxing whereas previously my world revolved around athletics. Jason also helped me get my strength up and I'd say hands down he is the smartest person for strength and conditioning I've personally met in the fitness industry . If you need a PT, boxing coach, athletics coach, MMA or life coach in general he is your main man. Get Fit Quick is the way forward to your best self!

Fantastic experience: Boxing is such a fun form of exercise, your mind is so busy keeping up with instructions you forget that you’re actually exercising! Jason is a great coach, he knows exactly how to push you and get results. I’ve managed to achieve things I would never have thought I could do! I would highly recommend anyone to start boxing with Jason - 3.5yrs later and I’m still going back!

Fantastic experience: Training with Jason is always a blast. His knowledge within fitness field is noticeable when he trains you. He explains the reasons why an specific movement should be done in a certain way to target the muscles you want to work out. He is a motivator by nature and makes exercising always fun. Fantastic experience: I've trained on and off with Jason over many years and one of his greatest strengths other than his deadlift abilities, is too motivate you to push beyond your known abilities. He makes his sessions fun and challenging, but not so painful you regret it, which is what kept me going back for more. Whether it's intense training or monthly catch ups Jason has always kept me on track. My personal favourite is "pads and abs". Keep up the good work my man!

Fantastic experience: Jason's passion, energy and spirit comes out in every session. He genuinely cares about his clients and has an amazing routine prepared for each workout. He changes things up enough so you are engaged and don't lose motivation to keep coming back! His number system for boxing is world class, and that paired with the heart rate monitor allows him to home in and understand exactly what is happening with your body. Fantastic experience: Jason's positivity is infectious! I used to see exercise as a punishment for weight gain, but through our sessions I have learned to love the feeling of power and strength I gain through training. Fantastic experience: Jase Is incredible. He taught me to chase number and reslly push PB's instead of focusing solely on losing weight. He watched my food with me and really taught me some amazing things. I did kick boxing anyway and as I was moving through my belts he was there to really push my fitness. Couldn't recommend him more. I'm also now over 2 stone lighter than when I first met him.

Fantastic experience: With no boxing or fighting experience I learnt extremely quickly with Jason. Scientific conditioning using heart rate monitors to help build my endurance and stamina when it comes to athlete conditioning this is the perfect place to start. He helped build my confidence with weights as well as fighting I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have had the best experience with Jason as my personal trainer. Myself and my friend have been training with him since the beginning of 2019 after a year of trying to lose weight but not getting anywhere. Collectively we’ve lost 30kg, I’ve personally lost 15kg and have hit my target weight, but I’m enjoying it so much I’m definitely going to carry on. His sessions are so much fun, he fills you with confidence and has definitely kept me motivated. I’ve been following his instructions and have been using the polar monitor to keep track of all of my workout sessions and logging all of my food and drink intake on my fitness pal. It really has made sure that I burn off more than I eat. I’m much more aware of what I’m eating and at what time of day I’m having bigger meals. He’s helped me to be able to workout more effectively, not only with him but by myself. I am so happy with my get fit quick journey!

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best investment i’ve made!! As a Gp with a special interest in Sports And Exercise Medicine, i’m aware of the theory of what i need to do to get fit, but it was just so hard to motivate myself. Jason has the perfect amount of support and enthusiasm to get you going which is truly motivating and results in such a fun session! His knowledge on the cardio-respiratory system and its ability to fat burn is on point! He knows what he’s talking about and gets results. I’m 14kg down but still keen on continuing with Jason to improve my fitness! Thanks Jason you ledge!!!
