Fantastic experience: UBC really is a great place to train. All ages, all body shapes, all abilities welcome. Charly & Julian are superb PTs and are always on hand to guide and help on form & nutrition. The team training is great fun and is more of a cardio workout where as the strength training is slower and concentrates on building muscle and keeping bones strong. I thoroughly recommend UBC, give it a go and you won't look back.

Fantastic experience: The Ubc is fantastic. A group of coaches and a well honed plan to help and assist you in every way of getting of your bum and achieving some of those weight loss and body image goals you have always wanted to achieve. Done in a friendly but strict method with every aspect covered and addressed. You wanna lose some weight... This is place to do it. This is no gym bunny muscle beach it's a place for Anybody to work hard and get the tmright results. 1 and a half stone lost in the first 6 weeks and couldn't be more pleased.

Fantastic experience: Love UBC! Andy, Charly and Julien are the best. Great teachers with great banter. Fun, friendly and approachable, but definitely tough as well. Always helpful and encouraging, consistantly keeping you on track with nutrition and training and making sure smash your own personal goals. Everyone who trains at UBC is absolutely lovely. I initially signed up for 6 weeks, but I'm staying for life!

Fantastic experience: Amazing results! In the UBC 6 week program I lost 10kgs. I also learnt some key factors in healthy nutrition which I can now use moving forward. The group training sessions were very good and always varied with lost of encouragement from the coaches. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I never got the chance to experience it. Sounded amazing at the free six week trial, shame about the high fee you have to pay before you start. On a bright note this is returnable at a later date. To top it all my partner pulled into the Garde Centree car park late that evening to collect me and never even left the car. For which our local council gave us, well him a £60.00 fine.

Fantastic experience: I didn’t even know I was looking for UBC! But since starting 3 weeks ago I realise that my training and gym discipline to date has been ‘safe.’ I have been motivated by goals, a spa day with slim friends, a wedding, a night out and then those times would pass and I’d slip into old habits. I have given myself the excuse of being ‘all or nothing,’ but I’ve been called out!! Now I recognise it’s not 100% or nothing, it’s consistency and making good choices, most of the time. I feel stronger than I have in a long time, laughed, sweated and almost vomited in my car! I have seen more sunrises in 3 weeks than I have in my life and started my day feeling ready and energised. I also don’t have to bite the bullet and up-size my wardrobe! Thanks UBC

Fantastic experience: What can I say 3 weeks into training WOW what an amazing place the coaches are on point to help you with everything you need, and to give you that extra motivation if needed. There is a great spirit in the gym and such a friendly atmosphere, I highly recommend giving this place a shout.

Fantastic experience: UBC are unique. UBC is all about maintaining a tailored approach to each and every individual. These guys invest time and effort. The training sessions, small and larger group; lifestyle and nutrition advice; and the group and 1:1 coaching; and motivation and encouragement is ongoing and second to none. These guys do what they believe in and they do it in a well informed and creative but professional way - with normal everyday people and lives. Somehow they 'get you' and work hard with you, regardless of your personal challenges and life pressures, they continue to encourage and support you in improving your health and mental and physical well-being. It doesn't matter where you start, they will start with you.

Fantastic experience: When I saw the ad for the 6 week challenge on Facebook it came along at just the right time. Struggling with life and not feeling great in myself, I had already started yet another weight loss challenge and had hit my ‘lowest weight’ I thought I could get to. The 6 week challenge saw me drop way below that level to a weight I haven’t been in years, lose 8% body fat, lose inches and a big change in my body shape, my confidence levels and self esteem grow, sleeping better, eating more than I’ve ever eaten before (but obviously healthier too!), feeling stronger, healthier, less fuzzy headed, and generally just like a better newer me! I definitely have the bug now to keep that momentum going to achieve the body and weight that I want, it’s been life changing. I can’t thank these guys enough, you’ve been absolutely amazing. I would 1 million percent recommend you to everyone, it’s not just a weight loss challenge - it’s a new way of life, a personal development programme, a body and nutrition coach, a lifeline, new friendships and wellness programme all in one. If you’re thinking ‘should I?’ - don’t even think about it. JUST DO IT!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend the Ultimate Body Club highly enough. Being an apple shape I always hold weight around my middle. In just a week (three sessions) I have already lost two inches from my waist with no fad dieting, just lots of clean, healthy food. There’s no deprivation only massive guidance and support from the crew all the way- exercise, nutrition and motivation. I have masses of energy to boot. It’s great fun too. Loving it. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: The level of support and motivation you get from the coaches and the rest of the team is amazing!!! Having been really worried about fitting in at the beginning and not knowing if it would work for me, I've been made to feel part of the team since day 1 and the results that follow are incredible. Fantastic experience: The first gym I have actually enjoyed going to as it does not feel just as any other gym. You are promised kickass results and you will get kickass results (following advice given on program ofc). I have kept getting bad migraines often 3 times a week since a child and I dont remember having one since I started in UBC :))) Plus lost 6% of body fat and over a stone in the 6 week challenge to top it off. Recommended place to go and sweat!

Fantastic experience: Been training for a few weeks now have to say it's been really great everyone is really friendly and everyone encourages each other along the way. The trainers are dedicated to helping every step and give total support. The food ideas help to keep it interesting and not a boring fad diet highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I started the training 6 weeks ago and halve lost over 7% body fat, I was never a massive gym goer and had never done a class before. I now love the classes, with doing shift work I never thought this would work but there is alway a time that I am available each week. I feel so much better now love the staff at UBC

Fantastic experience: I never thought pressing a button saying ‘apply’ just before Christmas could have had such a positive affect on my life in such a short time! Andy and his team are amazing they are so positive and encouraging and the other members are very friendly and helpful too Having never trained before it is hard work but it’s also fun and I’m loving it am also enjoying my new healthy meals Just completed first week of the 6 week challenge and the results are so much better than I thought they could be Felt really nervous to start with but that didn’t last long and am so glad I’m doing this

Fantastic experience: Joined the crew 4 years ago and I was not in good shape. Introduced to Andrew and started his ubc plan, originally a 3 month plan and being out of any type of fitness for some time was very apprehensive about starting. The group I trained with were strong and most athletic. They welcomed me with banter and encouragement. Made life long friends and still in touch with most of them. Lost a shed load of fat, built a shed load of muscle and more importantly learnt how to feed myself properly. Just started again in January and straight back into it. Group are very welcoming and not at all judgemental. The only judging done is from me. The trainers push in the right direction and support from start to finish in each session. You will work hard and will quickly see the gains. Better mental attitude, superior fitness and enjoy the experience. It is tough but the support is second to none. Would truely recommend for any ability. Top job UBC thanks for everything

Fantastic experience: I have just completed the 6 week challenge and am very happy with the results I have achieved so far. I was very nervous before I started but was quickly put at ease by Andy and the other trainers who explained and shown me what I need to do during the sessions. And was given lots of advice and guidance on the nutritional side of things. Before I started I had no motivation and always felt tired and lethargic, now since completing the challenge I have alot more energy and motivation. I have now signed up to be a member. Would highly recommend UBC!

Fantastic experience: Joining UBC was best thing I’ve done. Admittingly it did take me some time to pluck up the courage to just do it!!! Now that I am over half way in I have to say how much I enjoy training with these guys.i don’t even mind getting up to train at 530am! And would gladly do this more than 3 times a week. Fantastic experience: Finishing week 4 of my 6 week challenge and have found it fantastic! The training sessions are motivating and I’ve really enjoyed them, the early morning sessions are a great way to start the day. Fantastic experience: Want sure what to make of it when I turned up,but 5 weeks into my total body transformation,and I already notice the difference . I look different in the mirror,clothes fit better.the team have helped me take control of what I eat and I'm much fitter now than when I started. Each instructor brings something different. Hard work and good senses of humour all round. I'd hoped this might kick start me getting fit,but with the support and guidance of the team, and the varied interesting workouts it's done more than that.top job guys and it's a nice atmosphere for those us less fit to get fit in!

Fantastic experience: Great gym to go to, variety of classes, each session I have been too is different from the last whole body work out. Nice to be in a gym with a variety of people all supporting one another as were all there for a reason. Both Andy and Charly are top coaches great support in the gym and work you above and beyond really push you. So much advice from food to workouts. Can’t complain at all great for the physical and mental health!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve turned around my health, before I started I had blood tests that indicated I was heading towards being diabetic and had the beginnings non alcoholic fatty liver disease. These have all recently been rechecked and are now normal. I’m fitter and stronger love the atmosphere Everyone is there for different reasons and that makes it inclusive it’s one big happy family!!

Fantastic experience: Been training with these guys for around 15 months & from doing nothing for 30 years I’m now eating pretty good without having to live on rabbit food & I ve lost a shed load of fat & replaced it with some muscle . I have also got miles more energy than I had before I started & I’m even more successful at work . The most important thing for me is how calm & focused I have become & my wife & kids get the benefit of that . You never feel under any pressure whatever your level is & the support & banter from the other lads & ladies is immense . Top class facility .

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended. I'm half way through my challange and I've lost loads already. I can't wait for my next training days, sometimes It's tiring but well worth it. Fantastic experience: Half way through my 6 week body transformation. I can honstly say iv never felt better physically and mentally. I was so nervous about joining and starting as suffer from really bad anxiety but made myself take the first step and walk through the door and it was the best descion I could of made. Right from the start you are made to feel welcome and at ease and are encouraged to push yourself to your own individual potential. I feel a million times better in my own skin already and can see and feel the difference in myself. It's also helped so much with my anxiety levels which after years of battling is a great feeling. I'm now entering into my second week of training and I know the programme is working as every muscle in my body is aching!! I haven't trained in over three years prior to this due to breaking my back, I was really apprehensive about training again but Andy and Joe modify the training to support my needs. Fantastic experience: This is the first time I have ever trained with UBC and I am 3 weeks into the 6 week transformation and I am loving it! The changes I have seen in my body are incredible, I have dropped a jean size already. I voluntarily get up at stupid o'clock in the morning to train (anyone who knows me, knows I hate mornings and waking up!) I already feel better, fitter and more confident in myself. Andy and Joe give you so much support throughout the process, showing you correct form for the exercises and sending out yummy recipes to try. You've just got to keep pushing yourself and once you realise chicken can be a breakfast food there is nothing stopping you! Thank you Andy and Joe!!!

Fantastic experience: I started training with Andy and Joe to increase my self-esteem and strength. I have always been active, but had been stuck in a bit of a rut with my training. My overall strength and fitness improved so much, in a short space of time, that I was able to perform exercises I would never have attempted on my own. The variety of sessions and exercise keep me motivated and I have learnt so much from the 6 week programme. Nutrition was a big struggle of mine. I often ate food for energy and barely (never) cooked. I'm now planning my food, cooking and experiment with different recipes. Fantastic experience: I joined UBC after seeing the ad for the 6 week challenge. I'd lost me lost my mojo and basically didn't know what to do with myself. I couldn't have asked for more help all the information on nutrition is there live q&as for any extra clarification. Each session is different and pushes you that little bit more both Andy and Joe help endlessly so that everyone regardless of ability can do everything to get the results they want. Back in the kitchen enjoying food feeling great (even if slightly achey) thanks for finding me again!!!

Fantastic experience: Joined 3 weeks and can honestly say Andy and Joe really know what they are doing. I am extremely unfit and have plenty of weight to shift. No one judges you, everyone is there to train as hard as they can. I am just so glad a have taken the first step to get back in shape and the support you receive is amazing. Best thing I’ve ever done for myself.

Fantastic experience: I'm now in my fifth week, having joined at the start of January, and am so glad I did! I lost a stone in the first 28 days and a couple of inches off my belly! The nutrition guidance at the start was enough to give me the energy to live life and lose weight without living on caffeine and sugar (although the first couple of days without them were hell!) whilst not being overwhelming, and the drip-feeding has kept it manageable. I'm fitter and healthier but not starving or trying to stick to an impossible diet. It's a process - a lifestyle change - rather than a diet or a fad. I've never enjoyed exercise, but I actually look forward to the training. There's a great mix of people, and there's no expectation or judgement - just that we'll keep pushing ourselves to be better than we've been before. The coaches (Joe & Andy) obviously know their stuff, and are able to tailor the exercises to any injuries or weaknesses. Tbh, I can't recognise myself at the moment - I'm eating healthily, enjoying exercise, have loads of energy (even on a Saturday evening having trained at 6:30am), and have no intention of stopping now!

Fantastic experience: Andy and Joe have put together a great programme. The training sessions are fun and they use innovative methods (slight competition and team working) to keep you motivated during the sessions. I was provided with cookbook, short videos to enhance my understanding of nutrition and they are always there to answer any questions. I didn't realise I wasn't eating enough protein and have since upped my amount, this has helped to keep me fuller for longer and stop the pesky, unnecessary snacking! Very approachable and welcoming guys and having weekly food diaries and sending off measurements makes me feel accountable and motivated. I can tell they are passionate about their job and getting people to lead healthier lifestyles. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get fit and have a better relationship with food.

Fantastic experience: Fully recommend the UBC 6 week challenge to anyone considering it! Love the concept and have really enjoyed the training sessions! (Did I really just write that??!!) Me?!! A person who has not seen the inside of a gym or considered fitness as a lifestyle approach for..... ahem...... a good few years.....! Absolutely superb guidance and support from the PT’s in person and online. Lovely, friendly and fun people in the training groups! Major bonus - there’s none of that gym bunny ‘judgemental’ malarkey at UBC! Really enjoyed being part of this 6 week challenge. You get to feel your fitness levels improving as each week passes, not to mention that you can actually see your body changing as the weeks go by! Honestly, there is no need to feel apprehensive about this challenge! Once I’d met Andy as part of the initial intro session, it was clear he really was as down to earth and supportive as he appears on the videos! Very refreshing to see that...... because,.......well...... sometimes with these ‘online’ things it can feel as though it’s purely a marketing exercise! I can tell you categorically that it is not - UBC has a fantastic team of natural motivators. They really want you to succeed and have created an amazingly supportive, relaxed environment for newbies and more experienced individuals at the same time. Awesome experience! If you get the chance to take on this 6 week challenge, don’t hold back - GO FOR IT! - you will not regret it! :-)

Fantastic experience: I love this place. Joe and Andy are totally awesome. Push you all the way. Excellent advice. Lovely team of gym mates with everyone after the same goal. Lots of fun and banter. Support with nutrition, how to use equipment, keeping going, alternative things to do to achieve what you set out to. I fully recommend the 6 week challenge! ⚡️‍♀️

Fantastic experience: What can I say about UBC. They deliver exactly what they say. 6 week challenge with all you need to know and the classes you need to attend to loose 18lbs or 6%body fat. Be strict with your food and push hard in the classes and you can achieve your goals. I lost 19.5lbs and 8% body fat within 6weeks. Dont get me wrong it is not easy but you will have fun with the classes and get all the knowledge you need with Andy and Joe instructing you. If your the person that just needs a kick start or likes accepting a challenge..... You could not get any better place within your local area.

Fantastic experience: This is more than just a gym, you are never left on your own and your arse is pushed to all levels. All the coaches are brilliant and really know how to get the best out of you. What I like the most the is the timings of the PT'S you can always find a slot that suits your life. It also gives you a great team to be training with who push you and support you just as much... I have never been to a gym where everyone talks to each other and has a laugh it makes you want to come back every day (well if you could still walk) it really is one of a kind and a great place

Fantastic experience: I cannot rate the guys here at UBC high enough! Their support, guidance and their determination to help you become the best you, you can be is amazing! I'm currently 4 weeks into the 6 week transformation challenge & already the results are fantastic! Thank you guys, you'll be seeing more of me once the 6 weeks is up for sure!

Fantastic experience: I haven't been training with UBC long, but WOW. Great sessions every week and really friendly atmosphere. Yes it's hurts after but with all the support from the coaches and all the nutritional advice I am already feeling better and know I'm going to smash it.

Fantastic experience: This is my 4th week at the Ultimate Body Club and amazingly I am seeing results already. I'm feeling fitter, stronger and my body shape is changing. The work out sessions are tough sometimes but always good fun. There is a great atmosphere and Andy and Joe are great at coaching and make sure exercises are pitched at everyone level. Definitely recommend UBC!

Fantastic experience: Hugely recommend these guys. Andy and Joe are very friendly and approachable. They are always on hand to answer any questions and communication has been above and beyond what I would expect. These guys certainly know their stuff. They give you all the information you need to get in great shape and put it in such simple terms that anyone can grasp. Love how Andy emphasises eating food you like and allowing yourself some 'bad' foods but also has a very honest approach about what you need to do. The cookbooks from Andy are also great at proving new ideas. I've finally found a diet which fits my lifestyle instead of trying to force down chicken and broccoli every day. The classes have been great and I've looked forward to going week after week. Every session is different so you never get bored. All the exercises can be tailored to any ability level and the guys are great at knowing when to push you a little further out of your comfort zone. In the 4 weeks I've been training with these guys so far I've lost 9 pounds and 6-7cm from my hips, waist and thighs, all of which is fat. I feel stronger and leaner and I continue to lose weight at a steady pace without starving myself. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Fantastic experience: The training and nutrition coaching by UBC has completely changed my mindset. I am now fitter, stronger and making more informed choices which are helping me to reach my goals. I have trained throughout the last 5 years but noticed my workouts and motivation had turned stagnant. The sessions are always different and the support is incredible (from 8pm on a sunday to 6.30am on a friday, the coaches are there to help). Couldn't recommend the club more.

Fantastic experience: If only this could be a review out of 10, I would defiantly give Andy and Joe a 10! Absolutely loving the sessions with Andy and Joe, something different every session, never boring and always enjoyable! Couldn’t wish for a better gym with great trainers and welcoming people. The nutritional guidance from Andy is spot on! His knowledge about nutrition and training is invaluable. Without his guidance on nutrition I don’t think I would get to where I am now, healthy, happy, and fit!

Fantastic experience: Starting UBC was the most daunting thing I think I’ve ever done. I don’t exercise, am overweight, unfit the list goes on. I even sat in my car outside crying before my first training session. However it has changed my life and is by far one of the biggest achievements I’ve done Andy and Joe are fantastic and help every step of the way and make exercising so much fun. Everyone at UBC is so welcoming and friendly. These 6 weeks have helped me mentally and physically and I’m looking forward to a fitter future!! Can’t recommend UBC enough and forever thankful I took park.
