Fantastic experience: I haven’t been at F45 surbiton for long but in this short period of time, I have seen huge changes in my fitness and strength. In comparison to my previous (much more expensive gym) the coaches are much more engaged and focused on ensuring that people are getting the most out of their workout. They have only met me a few times each, but all remember specific injuries I have or modifications I require. I’m certainly not a keen ‘athlete’ and they’re really good at pushing me and not putting up with my half-hearted effort at times, which is exactly what I need!

Fantastic experience: It’s unlike any exercise class I’ve ever done and I love it! I’ve never been to F45 before I joined and I love the fact the exercises are different each time which stops it getting boring and the staff are always lovely and helpful. I’m not the fittest or smallest girl and they’re really good at working with my limits but helping me push myself each time. I’m fitter and healthier than I’ve ever been.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined F45 Surbiton, and I must say, it has been an incredible fitness journey so far. From the moment I walked into the studio I felt welcomed and motivated by the energetic and friendly staff. The trainers are simply outstanding - their expertise, passion and dedication shine through in every class, and their attention to each individual makes it feel like I'm working with my own personal trainer. I'm a busy mum with a day job, so don't have a lot of time to spare during the week, so I love that they have a great timetable of these short-burst classes every day of the week - there's always a class I can join and the class style and variety means I never get bored (or complacent - the trainers will make sure you work your best!) It's quite addictive in fact, especially as there's a great team spirit with the other members. Facilities are brilliant too - from the space to the equipment and lush shower rooms. I've trialled other gyms/classes in and around the area and nothing has stuck for me, but with F45 it slots into my life so easily, and when I'm there I'm giving it my all every time - it's hands-down the best place around!

Fantastic experience: This is my third week at F45 and I’m absolutely loving it! It’s challenging, with the right level of support from the trainers, who push and encourage me to safely trying new things. Training in a group creates a great energy and is super motivating. The workouts are varied, so there’s no danger of getting bored, and at 45-60mins they are a decent length but fly by! Looking forward to the challenge starting in a couple of weeks

As for facilities, F45 Surbiton has modern showers and changing rooms that look like they've landed straight out of a trendy style magazine - the place oozes class! If that wasn't enough, they're kind enough to supply everyone with complementary shower towels and gels - a welcomed addition for those lunchtime sessions! Fantastic experience: Iam biggest fan of f45! The concept of team training, 45 mins of the day in and out feeling challenged and great! So excited for this branch opening, spacious inside and coaches very welcoming. The first session back was tough as I have not worked out high intensity for over 6 months, coaches kept me going and helped correct me when needed, it was fun and looking forward to all coming session.The gym offers in body scans, support guidance with nutrition.

Fantastic experience: Trained here recently and absolutely loved it! This was one of those sessions where nothing else mattered for that 60min. I was able to get lost in the workout, with the coaches paying me the right amount of attention when I needed tips and motivation. Looking forward to my next visit.

Fantastic experience: F45 Surbiton is fantastic. It's been great watching the community grow and being a part of the journey. I had never done functional fitness training before and definitely do not regret it. I feel mentally and physically stronger. Not only are the classes challenging; the gym community has been welcoming, supportive and really friendly both on and off the blue track.
