Fantastic experience: I started Wolf after going the gym for about 7 years in various different locations. I lifted quite heavy before, but the progress in my strength, physique and fitness after training with Steve & Tom was amazing! I thought before I started at Wolf I was near the top of my fitness game but they pushed me forward. The high level of training regime, accountability and great workout environment were nothing like I had experienced at any other gym. As I was new to the area going here I made friends and met some truly great people. Unfortunately I had to move away from the area otherwise would have stayed at this gym forever. Not just for experienced lifters as well. Seeing your peers start their fitness journey and the unbelievable progress they make show that the tailored training here is for any level of fitness.

Fantastic experience: WOLF is more than just a gym, it's classes give you a balanced workout and take the thinking out of your training. Before WOLF I was struggling with niggles in my body. Now in my early 50s I'm feeling stronger than I ever had. Oh also the fat falls off you too. Both Steve and Tom are great and give you the support and guidance you need for a new you. The crew that workout are all smashing blokes, that also encourage you to reach your goals. I only wished I found it sooner. Fantastic experience: Have been signed up with Steve for nearly 1 year and it really has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. He spent the time at the start to understand my situation, what my current training was like, as well my lifestyle and the goals I had. The really clever thing about the way Steve designed my programme and suggested what changes I made to diet etc, never made me feel like I was giving up things I liked and it was all very manageable, which i found key to making me stick long term to the plan. In the last year, Iv lost over 10kg, Iv smashed 5k and half marathon running time PBs, Iv lifted heavier than ever before and feel the healthiest and happiest Iv been in years. Fantastic experience: I've been in and out of gyms all my life but after having a knee replacement last year and being shocked how much muscle i lost in a such a short space of time i decided i needed to rebuild my training program. i contacted Steve who gave me complete confidence to start a new training program to help rebuild my ageing body , as the oldest member of Wolf i can honestly say it been the best gym experience of my life , all the guys are really welcoming and friendly with loads of banter and piss taking [ a lot about my age unfortunately ] i would highly recommend the gym and its trainers Steve & Tom. Fantastic experience: I joined way of life fitness back in November 2023. I had got myself into a rut and was very overweight. I saw way of life fitness and decided to enquire. Steve was amazing explaining how he runs his gym and all the help you get with the nutrition side of it. I joined up and instantly was hooked. The atmosphere in the gym is brilliant and everyone is so supportive and helpful. It’s like a family. With Steve and Toms help in the gym and their help with my diet, I managed to lose 15kg in time for my wedding in April. Fantastic experience: I've been working with Steve and Tom since February and it has been great. I ended up at 18 stone after the lockdowns and struggled to turn things around. Since joining I've lost over 2 stone and got a lot fitter and stronger, fitting into clothes I hadn't done in years and feeling a lot better in myself as a result. They've also helped me to be consistent in managing my diet which I have always struggled with, but now will be able to maintain long term so I don't fall off the wagon. Every session has good variety and is structured in a way that will help you to progress whether you're a beginner or have had some gym experience. Everyone is really welcoming and a good laugh which makes you look forward to upcoming sessions, whereas at regular gyms it's easy to fall into the trap of dreading going, not making progress, putting it off etc and then ending up not bothering at all. Can't recommend the boys highly enough!
Fantastic experience: I joined Wolf Fitness in October 22, I was 99kg and classed as obese and I was fairly unfit. During my life I had been to gyms on and off, though didn’t achieve any results; it was just a form of exercise. Last October I decided I wanted to loose weight and get fit. I was 40 and had been over weight all of my adult life and decided that this needed to change. I have two young boys and I wanted to be a fitter, healthier Dad & Husband and to not be embarrassed by my body. As soon as I started at Wolf Fitness I knew I had found a place where I could finally get the results I had longed for, but had never achieved, I had always fallen off the wagon whether at a gym or on diet plans. When I started we agreed weight loss and exercise goals and within a couple of weeks I’d lost 3kg and became significantly fitter, furthermore I was really enjoying the programme and the sessions. The session are with up to 10 other guys all looking to achieve their own goals, there’s good camaraderie between us all. It’s easy to fit the sessions into my busy life because sessions are booked via an app, and are scheduled at times that fit in with work. By Christmas I was 91kg and I was feeling great, but it’s now June and I’m 85kg, I’d like to loose a couple more kg then focus on toning up even more. I have muscle definition, I’m pulling & pushing weights I would have never thought possible and I feel like a new man. I have lost weight in a health way and I’m completely confident that I can now manage my weight, if I have a blow out or an unhealthy week I now have the knowledge and will power to deal with that and maintain my weight. My 8 month journey with Wolf Fitness has been really enjoyable, I look forward to the sessions and I hate having to miss any, I’m chuffed with my results but I’m not done yet - I’m looking forward to going even further. In August I’m having a professional photo shoot arranged by Wolf Fitness, this will be a major milestone for me and has proved to be more motivation for me to get into even better shape. 12 months ago if I had to take my shirt off in a room with other guys I would dreaded it…if I was asked to pose with my shirt off in front of a camera for a professional photo shoot I would have run a mile (or tried to), now look what I’m doing! All thanks to Wolf Fitness, I cant thank Steve & Tom enough!

Steve and Tom adapt the sessions to the individual and really make sure that progress is measured and continuously tracked. Fantastic experience: WOLF is such a great place to train. We have varied training sessions which give you an excellent full body or targeted workout. The trainers are always there to offer great advice, be that on how to lift weights or for specific nutrition advice. There are also a great bunch of blokes to train with, and who help push you as you work towards being in the best possible shape. WOLF definitely works for me!!

Fantastic experience: I've tried gyms, diets, and classes at home. Nothing beats this. All the members are encouraging and supportive, you feel at ease, and the excercises are clearly explained to you every time and they always vary. Steve and the other instructors are always on hand to help or slightly modify things to suit your needs - I'm already seeing and feeling the difference. for once I feel committed to continue on a path to getting healthy thanks to WOLF.

Fantastic experience: It's a fantastic place, I was worried at first if I would be accepted by everyone cause I was new, but I was made so welcome and everyone is so supportive you are spurned on all the time and that builds your confidence so much. Personally I've been there less that 2 months I've lost 4 kilos I've also lost inches off my waist but gained it on my chest. That's the way forward the wolf way.

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend highly enough the service that Steve and Tom provide! I joined WOLF after having piled on the pounds during lockdown, and despite best attempts to try and shift it nothing was working. After being told about WOLF through friends I had an initial consultation with Steve, and after hearing about what he and the team could offer I was sold. My knowledge of weight lifting before was limited but the guys helped me nail the basic techniques first and then helped me progress at a rate I was comfortable with. The variety in the sessions is excellent which makes them fun to do and keeps you motivated. The camaraderie between the guys is also brilliant with everyone pushing each other on to do well. Both Steve and Tom showed a genuine interest in my personal development unlike anything previously experienced from trainers in the past. Any questions I had they were more than happy to help or if I had a niggle they would adapt the exercise. I have to thank the guys also for helping teach me about the importance of diet. Great gym, great trainers, great clients, great results

Fantastic experience: Working out at WOLF has had such a positive impact on my life both physically and mentally. The programs are expertly designed and delivered in a fun environment with the support of other like minded individuals in small coached sessions. Steve and Tom do all the hard work in preparing all of the sessions ahead of time and all I need to focus on is turning up regularly and giving it my best in the sessions to benefit physically and see the results (as well as eat right....but don't worry they help with that too!)....my body is already transforming after a short period of time and I always leave each session looking forward to the next.....and find I have much more energy outside of the sessions, thanks to both Steve and Tom I cannot recommend WOLF highly enough....as someone who has done CrossFit or working out on my won to my own gym plans I can honestly say I have never been more motivated than I am now since joining WOLF.

Fantastic experience: Been a member here for about 16 months now and had never picked up any kind of weights previously to joining, but thought it was time to change my life style as the weight was piling on too quickly, and after being diagnosed with a rare blood condition, I knew the time was right, as wanted to see my girls grow up. Steve and Tom were initially extremely patient with me, basically teaching an idiot how to lift an empty bar. But over the weeks, months and now year I am amazed at what I can now lift and their encouragement and individual training styles have helped me build so much confidence in myself and am continuing to smash my PB’s regularly. I’ve always suffered from major knee issues, which isn’t great for someone who plays a lot of tennis and loves running. It’s always been my dream to run the London Marathon, but could never see it happening as previous marathons had left my knees in pieces and was unable to finish my last one. With the advice and help from Tom and Steve I have just completed the London Marathon 2022 and have had no knee issues at all. I have never felt so strong in my legs and it is 100% to do with the Way Of Fitness training style, building up my muscles to where they needed to be. So I will never be able to thank the Wolf pack enough for everything, and if you have any doubts at all about joining a gym, due to lack of confidence, or fear of being judged, then give WOLF a chance. You’ll be amazed with what they can do for you and every single member is full of encouragement and a great set of men to build friendships with. So lastly thank you Steve, Tom and everyone at WOLF.

Fantastic experience: I Started wolf around 6 weeks ago, the approach from the staff is nothing but professional and fantastic, I’ve struggled to motivate myself over the years and to get in shape. I’ve tried average gym memberships and CrossFit etc but nothing has worked for me as well as wolf fitness. Also women can’t get enough of me and my new wolf abs, I feel like the main character out of the lynx Africa advert. In all seriousness I can’t recommend these guys enough, fantastic environment from a very diversely aged crowd and great results to prove it.

Fantastic experience: Stephen and Tom at Wolf are amazing! The plan Stephen has come up with for me has been out of this world. I went along with the mission to lose a bit of weight and improve the look of my body. The change has exceeded everything I could imagine. If you are dedicated to following the plan set out then you WILL see results. It’s a plan that may initially feel like a diet but is easily slotted into your life so after a short period it feels like it’s how you should have always been eating. The weekly check ins help keep you on track and are a good way of monitoring your progress. It’s great being part of the wolf pack!

Fantastic experience: Mission Accomplished! I first approached Steve back in March of this year. I'm in my mid-40's, had never previously trained, and was very anxious about making a start. But I knew I had to do something, having recklessly agreed to climb Kilimanjaro with a friend in September. I needed some help. Steve was understanding from the outset, set achievable yet useful goals during our 1-to-1 sessions, and helped me gain the strength I needed to to prepare for a significant personal and physical challenge. On the early morning of 22nd September, after 6 days expedition, plus over 9 hours of overnight trekking and 1300m of ascent on summit night, I summited Kilimanjaro's Uhuru peak. Mission accomplished! I also continue to gain personal confidence through the gym work I'm doing with Steve. Next stage is to join the Wolf Pack group sessions. A short time ago that would have filled me with dread; now, I'm looking forward to improving my fitness further. Thanks, Steve, for all your help. Let's go!

Fantastic experience: Wolf has turned me around on the path I was on; overweight and living an unhealthy lifestyle, working a busy job and looking after a young family, with no time to get to a gym or enthusiasm to get back into the standard gym model with the irritations they bring. Fantastic experience: I've been with WOLF for about a year and I've found the team really professional. Great daily workouts online during lockdown and now I have regular workout sets sent to me. Regular check-ins with common sense, realistic approach to monitoring progress. Fantastic experience: Since I've joined the wolf pack I've had some great results. Have been given all the help I've been looking for. And am now really starting to see the results I set out to achieve at the beginning. Commitment and motivation was always my problem. But at way of life fitness I've got over that hurdle and can't see myself stopping anytime soon. Thoroughly enjoy my sessions every week. Much more enjoyable than a regular gym environment and I get much more out of a 40 min session here than I would in an hour or two in a gym by my self. No regrets joining the wolf pack!

Fantastic experience: I joined WOLF in June this year having added a few pounds during lockdown and beginning to feel unhappy about my shape. I had a gym membership previously that was rarely used and a waste of money in all honesty. Steve took an interest from the start about me personally, what goals i wanted to set myself and what success looks like. Accountability was important for me so not to get back into the old gym routine, commitment to 'x' amount of exercises a week (whether online during lockdown or in group sessions now) and eating/drinking habits. Regular check-ins support this and i knew i'd have let myself down if i had to feed back with bad news. A real concern for me when getting to the group sessions was just that, working out in a group. But everyone in the sessions were there for similar reasons and had their own goals they were looking to achieve. I felt comfortable after attending the first session and now look forward to scheduling in my sessions for the week ahead. The group environment actually adds an element of fun and good banter to the sessions. I also was unsure of using weights as had never done such exercises in the gym, but all exercises are explained and demonstrated in great detail and a weight amount is always selected to suit individual requirements. Couldn't recommend enough, I've lost 10kg from June to date, feel more energetic, fit comfortably into the clothes i wanted to and built a new network of mates.

Fantastic experience: Steve and his team are fantastic. I had let things slip badly over the last 3-4 years and even worse during COVID lockdown. My eating habits terrible, my exercise non-existent ( accept walking between the couch and the fridge). The team has helped me get back into a healthy routine, and although it is still early days, I have lost a chunk of weight, started to find long lost muscles and feel 200% better than I did two months ago. Supportive, motivational and overall just a great group of people. I highly recommend Way of life fitness.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Steve's group classes for nearly a year, this period has obviously been affected by the Virus but Steve made every effort to make the program work remotely. Regular online sessions supplemented by recorded sessions that could be viewed online. He couldn't have done anymore. Since the resumption of live work outs I have attended sessions on a regular basis, they have become a massive part of my life and help to normalise work life balance. All sessions are well thought out and can be made adaptable to meet all needs. More than anything we have a laugh.

Fantastic experience: Way of Life Fitness has completely changed how I feel about fitness and working out. Before joining I had been a member of a gym for 12 months and been maybe 3 times total, but joining WOLF I now look forward to training and go 3 times a week minimum. You are encouraged to push yourself physically and to look at your overall life style. Fantastic experience: Been attending the group sessions for four months now and noticing the results are going in the direction that I want. Steve is a fantastic coach and spends a lot of time designing varied workouts for all fitness levels. Fantastic experience: Over the past 4 months I have seen a significant improvement in physical strength, shape and stretch. Fantastic experience: I'd not done ANY exercise in 20 years and was a middle-aged mess prior to approaching WOLF. At that time I was fat (obese), boozing too much and obsessed with eating. Having hit my lowest point as a 'heart attack waiting to happen' I stumbled across Steve's website. Its message spoke to me. 1:1 training, weights based, tailored programme. It has utterly transformed every aspect of my life for the better since I joined just over a year ago. You have to be committed but what you get back in terms of life enhancement is worth every penny. In a year I have lost over two stone and my energy levels, strength and general well being is higher than it has ever been. Steve offers all new clients a free taster session. I'd say to anyone give it a go, you have nothing to lose and so much to gain.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Way of life Fitness for four years and I can’t believe the change I’ve managed to make under Stephen’s coaching in that time. Having been an amateur rugby player, I felt I knew my way around the gym, however even after a few sessions it was clear I had lots to learn. Over my four years I have constantly hit new goals I thought were unachievable and always managed to work around and over come self inflicted injuries. The whole time i’ve Ben under the expert and extremely knowledgeable coaching of Stephen. If you are looking for something to kick start your fitness journey, stretch you to fulfil your potential or simply improve your well being, I don’t think you’ll find anyone who will work harder for you to hit those goals. Fantastic experience: Joe Wicks but without the long hair! Results happen because Steve sets small goals each month based on what you want to achieve, whether it is weight loss, fitness, technique, muscle mass. Most targeted training for results I have done.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars isn’t really enough to express how great WOLF is and how Steve, the leader of the pack has helped focus my mindset and determination over the past 4 months. From helping setting achievable goals, mixing up the workouts, to assisting and supporting nutritionally this has been an incredible journey so far! Banging out a work out with a great bunch of guys keeps me going and I can almost support my own body weight again. Can’t recommend WOLF enough so go check it out! You won’t look back!

Fantastic experience: Prior to joining Steve at WOLF I was overweight, unmotivated in every aspect of life, constantly tired & extremely lethargic, as well as feeling very unfit. I've been going to WOLF for 6 weeks now, just 30 mins every weekday morning and the change is incredible. I've lost over a stone, have loads more energy, and even feel motivated when the alarm goes off to get down there every morning (no more snoozing!). Steve is there not just during the gym time but makes himself available to be there to help with diet, mindset, motivation and advice as well. I couldn't recommend Steve and WOLF highly enough for the change it has given me.
