Fantastic experience: Excellent place to work out. The gym is always clean and well-maintained, with a great selection of modern equipment. The staff is friendly and approachable, always ready to help with any questions or guidance. The atmosphere is positive and motivating, making it a great environment for anyone, whether you’re a beginner or experienced. The locker rooms are spacious and tidy, adding to the overall experience. It’s a fantastic gym that makes working out enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: I had tried this Gym for the first time today and was amazed by how good this Gym was. There equipment Is the best of the best from Dumbbells to there Benches. The cleanliness of this Gym is second to none and can tell the owner cares alot for the Gym but most importantly for the his members satisfaction. I would encourage everyone to give this Gym a go if your looking for one to try.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! One of the best in the country. Really good changing and showering facilitys and the machines are top of the range and are all cleaned and organised to perfection. PTs are really helpful with any problems or questions that are needed and that standard of coaching is extremly proffesional. Would reccomend to anyone who is intrested in going to the gym or anyone who has been going to the gym for a long time.

Fantastic experience: Started Sona from opening, have tried many gyms in the past but this is by far the most well equipped and functional one of them all. The staff are all very friendly and eager to help with any queries you might have and the PT roster has great variety between skills and knowledge. It is also easy to access in the city centre would definately reccomend.
