Fantastic experience: After months of pain Revitalize was recommended to me. The initial assessment discovered my pain was muscular and was treatable. Katie my Osteopath was fantastic, did a further assessment which pinpointed area to be worked on. Exercises and manipulation given and two weeks later I was able to return pain free. I now have a tool box of exercises if the pain ever returns. Thank you all at Revitalize it’s a 5* from me.

Fantastic experience: Sometimes you just need to stop and seek expert advice. This was me a year ago thinking I knew better and struggling to shake off an injury. Finally pride took a back street and I booked an appointment with Katie. From the first assessment and all through the treatment the support and professionalism has been fantastic. Every session felt like a joint effort and as they say the proof is in the pudding. So thank you Katie for putting a smile back on my face and getting me back running injury free.

Fantastic experience: I saw Katie about a on-going shoulder injury which I’ve had for a long time. Katie is highly knowledgable with Olympic Lifting so she understood my injury and was able to give me constructive advice on how to continue training safely. Katie gave me a re-hab programme which I’ve been doing 2/3 times a week and honestly my shoulder has never felt better! I wish I had gone sooner. Katie also finished my appointment with a sports massage which was amazing!

I was given a list of exercises by Katie Avery and received back treatment every 2 weeks for approximately 5/6 sessions. Fantastic experience: I have been having PT sessions with Maya at Revitalise for two years now. I initially sought help to help rebuild my strength & flexibility after surgery in a safe & guided environment. Maya always checks in on how I’m feeling, my energy levels etc and adjusts her training accordingly. Fantastic experience: Visited Revitalize Clinic for my son (2 months old) after being advised by my midwife to see an osteopath. Katie was professional, caring and extremely friendly. She was able to assess my son quickly and advised a short course of treatment. After a couple of sessions I started to see a huge improvement with my son and after two months we had our last treatment (I’m sure many other clinics would want to continue treatment for ££). Fantastic experience: I have visited the team at Revitalize for pains and injuries acquired through powerlifting over the last few years. Elliott and David have been exceptionally helpful providing technique adjustments and additional exercises to reverse my symptoms and make me stronger. I most recently visited the clinic after suffering a torn Meniscus that required surgery. My surgeon had told me I would never return to powerlifting and should refrain from squatting. With the help of Elliott, 3 months post surgery I have regained essentially full mobility and I am back to training as I was before surgery. I am on track to surpass my previous level of strength this year. I would recommend anyone with a sports injury or any kind of musculoskeletal pain to visit Revitalize.

Fantastic experience: I have a lot of happy memories from the last year in sport thanks to you, Elliott. Before coming to Revitalize, I had spent four years struggling to do sport, never able to train without recurring shin and hamstring pains; the pain simply stopped me from doing what I love. Visits to previous physios generally had me leaving with nothing but an S&C programme; I left Revitalize with a programme and a new mindset. Fantastic experience: I undertook a regular programme of 1-2-1 Cardiac Rehab sessions at Revitalize with David Woodgate. I highly recommend the service. David is extremely knowledgeable and personable and provided a more detailed, medically-focused programme than I was expecting. The weekly sessions were really helpful for my understanding and recovery. The clinic itself has good facilities and all of the trainers and staff there are friendly and welcoming. Very pleased.

Elliot actually knows his stuff, especially when it comes to exercise related injuries or strains. Whilst you are treated in the clinic, you are given homework to help you get stronger and manage the pain. Fantastic experience: I know it may sound a bit dramatic but treatment from Revitalize has actually changed my life.... I knew that the team had helped my mum with chronic neck pain and so thought perhaps they could help my chronic intermittent mysterious knee pain. I've had blood tests and xrays over the last few years to try and figure out what the cause of the pain is in and around my knees to no avail. No arthritis, nothing like that. I basically gave up, started wearing a knee support and hoping for the best, thinking that perhaps my days of long walks/being so effortlessly mobile were over which in turn affected my whole mood in general. Then I met Ellie who by talking with me came up with a treatment plan which we followed and now I am thankfully, basically pain free. I have been keeping up with the prescribed exercises and understand this is a crucial part of the process, we have to be able to maintain and build on the basis that Revitalize give us in order to truly feel better in the long term. I have already noticed a difference in my overall tone and seeing as I'm working on my legs I have started a few upper body exercises too so I guess I really do feel Revitalized! Fantastic experience: I don't often leave reviews, but with this one place I really felt like I really should. I've been to multiple osteopaths and physios in the past and honestly I really thought it was all a gimmick until I came here. Elliott, Ellie and Rachel have been some of the nicest, best and helpful people I've ever met. They've helped me through multiple issues, walked me through ways to stop them happening again and even given out free knowledge over a phone call. They've been so caring and genuine that I cannot recommend this place enough. Even my mum who came for her lower back pain says this place has worked wonders and recommended it to her friends! If you are in some sort of pain, I honestly recommend you give these guys a go.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Elliott and the rest of the team at Revitalize. I had been suffering with a particularly tricky rotator cuff injury in both shoulders for several weeks before starting treatment. Through a combination of in-person physio, assessments, video consultations and emailed rehab plans I noticed dramatic improvement within that first week and have now completely recovered. I found the YouTube guides particularly helpful to refer back to when working through my weekly rehab plan. I will also note that my treatment ran throughout the end/easing of UK lockdown and at all times the staff, facilities and procedures made me feel totally safe with zero risk.

From the initial meeting with Elliot i felt like he understood the injury and how to recover from it. He has really fresh ideas and has helped me understand the injury so i can recover correctly. Fantastic experience: Today I went for my very first session at Revitalize Clinic and I went and saw Elliot. I have had many different physios and osteopaths in the past but I have to say that they do not come close to what I experienced today! Not only did Elliot fix some issues I have had with my back for years but he could answer so many questions that other physios and osteopaths could not. 10/10 across the board, can't recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: Elliot was recommended to me by my daughter. I had a shoulder injury and was struggling to sleep and could not raise my right arm above 90 degrees without being in intense pain. He made me feel comfortable and was thorough in asking questions to identify exactly what the problem was. He gave me daily exercises, some with weights, which was painful at first but then clearly helped in the healing process. After the third appointment with Elliot, a professional, who is very personable and courteous, I am well on the way to a full recovery and my pain level which was a 9 is now about a 3 or 4. Fantastic experience: A highly skilled team of professionals setting a brilliant entrepreneurial example to people who want to enter this field. Most importantly they are brilliant at what they do. Each time I visit, they not only help relieve the pain I was suffering from , but give me advice on how I can manage and take preventative measures. They are friendly and there are many different types therapies available all under one roof; it can really help transition to another subject matter expert should the need arise. Fantastic experience: I am 73 and been suffering lower back problems and walking difficulties for years. Recent local Osteopath was only interested in the money and through riduculous fierce manipulation made my situation worse. GP nurse suggested I tried Revitalize. What a difference. Free first consultaion compared to the £75 I had been done for at the Osteopath and after one visit my pain was reduced by 50%. Fantastic experience: Hi, i had a pinched nerve in my shoulder, and it was agony, affecting my sleep witch i was not getting much of, a friend of mine told me to go to Vitality he said they were very good, so i made an appointment. my physiotherapist was a young lady call Ellie, she was very friendly and professional, within a couple of sessions the pain in my shoulder had gone, i can't thank that young Lady enough, if anymore problems, i know where to come, from 1 to ten, a big 10, once again thank you so much, yours ronald francis.

Fantastic experience: I had trouble with my elbow and shoulder for about a month now. I wasn't sure what was causing the pain. After 1 video consultation with Elliot he discovered I has tennis elbow and an injury with the rotator cuff. I was given exercises to do daily and I can say the pain is definitely easing. Fantastic experience: Elliott has been a life saver! I suffer from chronic back pain and have spent most my life managing it and even had surgery.
