Fantastic experience: Excellent family run gym, always someone on hand if you need advice or just go in and do your workout. Good monthly price compared to other places. Highly recommended. Boxing and kickboxing sessions also available. All ages catered for.

Fantastic experience: Booked 3 weeks of 1 to 1 sessions with John, Luke and tom before travelling and I couldn't be happier with the results, very professional trainers I learnt a lot and my fitness has improved significantly! I'll look forward to returning to the gym when I'm back from my travels

From the first day I started training with John, his motivation and ambition was clear. John always encourages being the best version of yourself and loves helping others. His positivity is contagious, you will never leave the gym in a bad mood. I have been training for just over a year with John and have loved every minute. I went from being a skinny teen with little confidence to where I am today. I would recommend JSMAF to anyone who is looking to make a positive change in their life, there's classes on every day and one of them is bound to be for you.
