Established Training Gym

Fantastic experience: Had my first PT session with Amie at the gym. She’s incredible, so much knowledge and the session was perfectly tailored to what I’m trying to achieve. Thank you The gym is great. It has all the equipment set out in sections so it’s easy to work. I left there happy and definitely felt like I’d had a work out in the days after! Definitely rebooking
