Fantastic experience: Great venue (gym studio space with equipment and wall-to-wall dance class mirrors), excellent instructor (caring, supportive, adjusting every single task to the needs of all participants, good at modelling techniques, kind and funny), accessible class with lots of helpful guidance. Challenging in a very constructive way on a personal level. Intense sessions bringing drills, technique learning, group work, sparring and cardio together in a relevant fashion from start to end. Keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience: Krav Maga techniques combined with varying levels of high intensity workout. Good central London location near baker street tube, easy public transport connections. Big room to train in with air con and shower facilities.
