Fantastic experience: I have just signed up to VB fitness 2 months ago. I have been a member of multi gyms including a gym that is group training based. What I love about VB fitness is that whilst it is group sessions, the personal training is individual and tailored to you each session. The team are amazing from the trainers of Matt, Imi, Nick and Alex who bring different ways of training per session. You have a friendly welcome when you walking from Dana and Adina who are there to help you with anything you need from a chat to a protein shake/coffee in the Lounge. The facilities are amazing and you are not waiting around as the class are the right size to get what you need out of your session. They have specialist classes from spin to stretch and body blast. With the app it is easy to book your sessions and the fact it is open seven days a week, you can train any day.

Fantastic experience: Excellent PT trainers who happily train ALL ages, even the 70+. Very friendly and helpful. You can have a PT with you all the time or just attend open classes to do your own thing! Excellent classes including stretch, spin, lbt, balance and, i understand more to come. I thoroughly recommend this gym with its brand new equipment. Have been a member for many years. Wouldn’t have stuck at it if it hadn’t been for the trainers and friendliness. Well done VB firtness.

Fantastic experience: Wow! What a blast at the new gym! Matt, Imi, Nick, and Alex are like the dream team of fitness wizards – they sprinkle motivation and expertise into every session! They’ve help me recover post surgery and got me reaching goals I never thought possible. The gym itself is spotless and packed with top-notch equipment. And hey, sorry, no gym selfies from me – my phone stays cozy in the locker during workouts. But take my word for it, this place is a gem worth discovering!

Fantastic experience: Great gym this side of town. Love the new facilities, the new equipment and all the PT that are so knowledgeable and accommodating! This is the only gym that motivates me to come 5 days a week and I love it
