Fantastic experience: I have been training at this gym over 6 years and love it. The trainers and members are so supportive and helpful, and always happy to see you whether you’re newbie or a regular. They have helped me in losing weight, get fitter and eating healthier, and even enter a competition at 50!! If you need a confidence boost, this is your place ❤️

Fantastic experience: I was recommended this gym by a friend, after moaning that both my weight and eating habits had spiraled out of control. I have never been able to use any gyms down to how self concious I was. This place is something else. The groups are small and Louise is so supportive. Not once have I felt uncomfortable and I am seeing improvements with each workout. I was made to feel welcome from the second I walked through the door and you just become instant friends with everyone. I won't ever look back now.

Both Louise and Sam make everyone feel welcome, no one is judged on their size or fittness levels. We have become a family helping each other on our journey.

To look at me now you wouldn’t believe I was that same person a year ago. Louise and Sam welcomed me into the Factory family and now I can truly say I’ve made friends for life here!
