Fantastic experience: Adam has been fantastic as a personal trainer. For me the initial appeal was based on his qualifications and his previous experience in competitive sports. This gave me confidence that he had experience as well as knowledge. There are a lot of personal trainers to choose from and I wanted to make sure that the person I went with had something more than just the standard qualifications that most gym PTs have. Adam has a very robust knowledge base and he is approachable and easy to talk to. I have been with Adam for nearly a year and within that time I’ve been able to reduce my weight, improve my fitness (vo2 max, heart rate variability) and create a healthy relationship with food and exercise that isn’t excessive or obsessive. Adam has also been dynamic enough to be able to understand thinking patterns and feelings rather than purely focussing on making sure the gym is ticked off every week. The value of having a personal trainer is having someone who can provide the input when you aren’t at your best as well as when you are performing well and Adam has been able to do this. I would highly recommend working with Adam
Fantastic experience: Cant recommend anyone enough when it comes to a personal trainer! Ad helped me to massively gain confidence in the gym which was something which I always been self conscious about. He was always on hand to support both in the gym and with my habits outside the gym! If you’re new to the gym and wanting to work towards a goal, like I was, I would definitely tell you to speak with Ad!
Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Adam since December and he’s built my confidence massively. We sat down and discussed what was wanted and Adam made a personal training plan that you can access via an app and also went through nutrition and has been there to offer advice on support on both. Previously I’d tend not to use the free weights, due to feeling intimidated, straight away the work outs were in all different parts of the gym, free weights being one of them and he built my confidence up from day one, now I’ll happily use them and have been shown how to correctly. Adam’s very friendly and personable and is more than willing to work with you when things are difficult, not only that, but he’s there for you to talk to with any problems you may have as well, be it gym related or more personal issues. He wants the best for everyone in his team. If your thinking of getting a PT in Manchester, then look no further, Adam offers everything you that you will need to start you in your road to becoming a fitter, better person.

Fantastic experience: I worked with AD for over a year in MCR and It worked really well for my fitness. AD is really focused, professional and knowledgeable and I’ve learnt a lot from our sessions. Very easygoing and friendly so it’s been a real pleasure. Highly reccomend.

Fantastic experience: Coming from a sports background, I'd used both 1:1 and team coaches before. Having stopped playing competitively, I was looking for a coach that had the whole package; someone who could support like a friend, guide like a coach, and push me like a competitor. Adam does all of this and more. I credit so much of my overall health and fitness - both mental and physical - to his coaching. He offers something extremely rare - the chance to love the process *and* the outcome. 5 stars. Highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: Ad is the dream trainer. He helped me so much with understanding how to work out, correct my form and build my confidence in the gym. He really knows what he’s talking about when it comes to health, fitness, workouts and nutrition. Ad always makes our sessions entertaining and stays engaged when we’re not in the gym! Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend Ad enough. He has a pragmatic and holistic approach when it comes to his training with a real focus on long term and sustainable lifestyle changes. The combination with his app (and library of instructional videos) means you can see track and see progress over time and allows Ad to provide really good insights and observations. He does all this with a sense of fun as well. Have really enjoyed working with him
Fantastic experience: Simply put, Ad has changed how I view and think about myself, my habits and my exercise. Goals become manageable, I don’t feel much guilt about cheating and the process/competition with myself is fun (which I didn’t think possible) and results are visible. I’m still on my long journey but can’t think of someone I’d rather be coaching me. I think his tendency to drop little messages every couple of days is one of the best parts - I never feel like I’m doing it alone.

Fantastic experience: My experience with doing a program with Adam was really awesome. We set goals at the beginning and had monthly calls to check on my progress and adapt the plan accordingly. Adam was also very responsive and supportive, constantly checking on how I was feeling and if I was finding the difficult or challenging. Also, Adam became a very good friend!! Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience working with Ad remotely from Canada. He has been consistently responsive to my questions, despite the time difference (+5 hours) and to my regularly changing schedule. I had excellent results working with him. I lost weight, gained muscle, and returned to a fitness routine that works really well for my lifestyle. I also found he took into consideration what my goals were, what my level of experience was, and the availability of resources/equipment when creating a program. Finally, much of his advice is based on a scientific approach to muscle/body growth, which means that I am confident in the information he provides. I am happy to continue working with Ad in the future.

Fantastic experience: I would recommend Ad in a heartbeat! We worked together for just over a year and He really helped me to overcome my fears of the weight room and put programs together which took in to account injuries that I had. If I felt things weren’t working we would talk about it and he would adapt my workouts to suit. He was always giving me new drills to help with injuries and muscle imbalances, and these definitely worked and improved my overall strength. He educated me on macros, nutrition and generally how to look after myself and helped me understand that what we do outside of the gym is as important (if not more) as what we do in it! He understood the pressures that we put on ourselves especially with what we see on social media and was always there if I needed a chat (not just about gym stuff). A really lovely guy with such an in depth knowledge about all things fitness! I will definitely be looking to get back with him in the future!

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend as a coach – I feel a lot more confident in the gym following our face-to-face sessions and have a greater understanding of how everything fits together. Ad provides a uniquely tailored programme and constantly tweaks and evolves it to ensure it continues to provide challenge and fulfil my aims. Lots of focus on correcting imbalance, nutrition and lifestyle wider than just inside the gym.

Fantastic experience: I injured one of the ligaments in my knee over the summer and was struggling to get back into the gym and build up my strength and fitness in a safe way - so I started working with Adam a few times a week and I’m so pleased with the results so far - I’ve gotten stronger and fitter and back into leg day and Adam’s worked everything around the physio that I’m doing for my knee. He’s given me excellent advice about form, nutrition and is always available for any questions I have. I have a packed schedule studying Medicine but he’s always allowed me to be flexible and shifts around sessions to suit me. He’s helped me think more about correcting imbalances, and making sure my body develops in a proportionate way that’ll give me long term benefits for my fitness and he never overtrains. I’d highly recommend working with Adam, whatever your goals are - he’s helped me form some great habits and make me feel good about myself in the gym again!

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend someone as much if you are looking for a PT! When I first met Ad, over a year ago I struggled to even go into a gym, I didn’t understand how to use machines or how to use weights. Ad helped me massively with gaining confidence in going to the gym, I now also feel really confident in using weights which honestly I thought I would never say! He really makes the time and effort to discuss what your goals are and help you achieve them.

Fantastic experience: After 30 years trained by PTs 1:1 or in circuit training classes living in four different countries, Adam is one of the best I've ever come across. His dedication to his work is the best. From his own long and extreme experiences, his training, charisma and professionalism make workouts enjoyable, safe and effective. He has given me full diet advice and structure that complements his training that has returned my body physique to where I wanted for a long time. There are many services he offers through his app I don't have time to engage in but there for you. I also love his regular social hikes with his other clients making friends. As always, there's no magic bullet to fitness and shape, but Adam is one of the best trainers you'll ever find to get you where you want!
Fantastic experience: Adam is a fantastic trainer that has helped me become more confident in what I’m doing at the gym. The encouragement and support he has provided has allowed me to be more comfortable and at ease while working out, he has shown an empathy to what I can achieve and where I need to focus. Fantastic experience: Started training with Adam around 6 weeks ago, already starting to see a visible difference. The workouts are varied week to week and have a decent level of challenge and are also enjoyable. Adam is really helpful and often offers hints and tips while in the gym, even outside of a pt session. Adam also frequently checks in to see how I am doing with scheduled workouts, this has really helped with my motivation and sticking to the program.

Fantastic experience: I decided to seek input from Adam as I had become bored and felt stagnant within my gym routine. Adam redesigned my training plan and I started to enjoy going to the gym again. Fantastic experience: Ad is a fantastic personal trainer and an all round good guy! When I started working with him I was seeing a physiotherapist for an ongoing shoulder problem and Ad helped me with those exercises, extending them and ensuring that I was always using good form. He has since been very mindful of my limitations when developing our personal gym plan to avoid future injury. Ad’s sessions are challenging and varied with a mixture of body work, weights and machine exercises, always with a focus on good form. He demonstrates his expertise at all times and I feel very confident in his hands. He also goes the extra mile with personal dietary advice, weekly check-ins and an app to offer between-session workouts and track progress. As a complete beginner with limited gym experience Ad has made me feel much more confident using the space and equipment, and I have more motivation now than ever before. Thanks Ad!

Fantastic experience: I started training with Adam as I'd fallen out of love with the gym, and with that, lost confidence in weight training, and what equipment I felt comfortable using. It was the best decision I made to get back into the swing of things having Adam as a PT. Not only have I regained confidence in myself, but my workouts are move varied, I'm mentally and physically stronger and I've made a great friend. Adam goes above and beyond as a PT, taking on part time responsibilities such as therapist, confidence booster, educator, physiotherapist, dietitian, and he's always been there for me - no matter what time of day. What a guy! Would deffo recommend.

Fantastic experience: Ad has been a fantastic coach since he started training me this year. He's really encouraging and puts in a huge amount of time to checking my progress with calls, an app, and updating workouts regularly. He always listens to any concerns I have and makes sure I'm happy with what we're working on and how things are progressing. I've already seen improvements on my technique and strength in just a couple of months.

Fantastic experience: I do a small group training session with Adam and it’s perfect for me. I don’t feel like I’m ready for 1-1 pt, but find I push myself more in the small group more so then if I was training alone or in a big class. Adam is encouraging and adapts the sessions if required. I’ve done 3 so far and have already noticed I feel stronger and my stamina has increased. Just booked another 6 so can’t wait to see how this helps with my fitness goals

Fantastic experience: Adam has changed the way I view exercise and my own health. We’ve started working together with 6 months to go until my wedding, to give me that extra focus and motivation so I can feel my best on the day. Adam is an incredibly dedicated trainer and really puts his all into his clients. Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Ad for the last few months and I definitely feel both my physical and mental health have improved! Having never been to a gym before Ad put me at ease from the start and I look forward to our sessions. Ad is very knowledgeable and always there to give advice and answer any questions I have. Fantastic experience: Adam is an excellent trainer. I had used a gym before but only for cardio, and had seen the weights section as off limits. Adam has demystified the whole gym and I now feel MUCH more confident and knowledgeable about the equipment, what it’s for, and how to use it. He tailors workouts to meet my needs and ability level, and pushes me to improve fitness and form in a way that challenges me, but always in a supportive and friendly way. He’s always very responsive between training sessions and check ins, and goes the extra mile to make sure I’m getting the most out of my training. Thanks Adam!

Fantastic experience: I am new to the gym and Adam is my first gym coach ever. Adam is very supportive, great at explaining exercise techniques, patient and very motivating. It's only been a few sessions and I'm already seeing progress. His classes are always interesting and challenging. Fantastic experience: I've been working with Adam for about 6 months now. He has massively boosted my confidence in the gym, showing me various exercises and techniques on all different kinds of equipment. I feel much more comfortable knowing that my form is correct and I see consistent results. Adam is such a genuinely nice person and works so hard.
