Fantastic experience: Trained with Benio for 3 months and couldn’t recommend him highly enough - was terrified of the free weights area and now with Benio’s help, motivation and encouragement I feel confident walking into the free weights area knowing I have correct form and can push myself. Working with Benio has been great and I now have a new found love for strength training. He always listened to my comments and concerns (having previously had lower back problems) and adapted my program accordingly, yet still making sure I was challenging myself. Since training with Benio I have seen a massive reduction in my lower back issues. Am so grateful for all the support, motivation and added confidence I now have in the gym. If you are looking for a great coach you can’t go wrong with Benio.

Fantastic experience: From the very first moment I talked to Benio about powerlifting, I knew he was going to be the perfect coach to help me reaching one of my life goals (participate on a powerlifting competition) . He has knowledge and a big smile that gives all the energy. He is patient and very supportive. Since I am training with him, my posture and technique have improve a lot and I am getting stronger day by day, mental and physically. I recommend him without any doubts. HE IS AMAZING!
