Fantastic experience: Love it very good to get a quick exercice if you dont know what to do without payying for a personal trainer

Fantastic experience: Love the concept, 30 min hit class with a good variety of exercises. Depending on your life schedule you might be there by yourself, basically getting 121 sessions with a PT paying a normal membership! Everyone’s kind funny and professional. Would recommend
