Fantastic experience: Fantastic martial arts gym where kickboxing is taught by two amazing sensi (teachers) to both adults and children, amazing family friendly atmosphere all ages welcome. There is also a ladies only class on a Monday evening, white collar boxing camps, circuit training and personal training if you prefer to train alone. I 100% recommend this gym as it's taught me to be confident, get fit and keep fit while learning how to defend myself in today's society.
