Fantastic experience: The best bjj gym, been training for a 7months now and it’s the best, coach Louis really spends time breaking down the technique and making sure we master it and overall Louis is a great role model, also the atmosphere is fantastic from start to end with very good training, I would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to start BJJ or anyone who has already started bjj and wanting to change gyms to come to Black label Jiu Jitsu academy.

Fantastic experience: Jiu-jitsu will change your life in a positive way! Louis really invests his time in you and is incredibly knowledgable with world class coaching and the best facilities in the game. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, come and give it a go, the rewards are worth it. Lots of parking available with shower/changing facilities within the gym.

Lou the coach is incredibly welcoming and treats everyone in the team like a friend. All the guys are very knowledgeable and only happy to help you improve. I cannot recommend highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, recently start jui jitsu about 3 weeks ago and felt so welcomed the second I stepped in. Coach Louis is a great coach and spends a lot of time making sure you perfect the skill he is trying to teach. Everyone in the gym is great and helps you out so much as a beginner.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a few different ju jitsu gyms in the past but none can compare to black label. Louie the coach is super helpful and really invests his time in each and every individual who walks into the gym. You can tell this is more than just a business for Louie and that this is his passion. Also, everyone who trains at the gym is really friendly and welcoming so you will be made to feel comfortable from the outset.

Fantastic experience: After a long break from any form of martial arts, I tried a few clubs around St. Albans, with very little luck in finding the right spot for me. A friend suggested I go to coach Louis Corazza’s newly opened club, Black Label Jiu Jitsu Academy and I’m so glad I stepped through his gym’s doors. What a fantastic coach, with a huge wealth of knowledge to share to all his students and tonnes of experience to inspire anyone to delve deep into the wonderful world of BJJ. The friendly team and energetic vibe I encounter every time I attend sessions there just make Louis’s gym even more appealing and make me feel right at home every time I step on the mat. I would heartily recommend it to anyone wanting to start out in BJJ or those more experienced wishing to brush up on their technique and prepare for competitions. UPDATE: Just got my first black stripe on my white belt yesterday!

Fantastic experience: I recently had the opportunity to train at Black Label, I was thoroughly impressed with the facility, the training environment, and the head coach, Louis. I felt welcomed and at home when I stepped foot into the gym. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary gear for a great training session. The training environment was lively, and everyone there seemed severe in training and improving their skills. However, what stood out to me was the head coach, Louis. He was highly knowledgeable about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and his passion for the sport was evident in how he taught his students. Louis was patient, friendly, and always willing to answer any questions I had. He also worked with each student individually, giving personalized attention and feedback to help them improve their technique. Overall, I had an amazing experience training at Black Label, and I would highly recommend this gym to anyone interested in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Louis is an excellent coach, and I am grateful for the opportunity to learn from him. If you are looking for a place to train and improve your skills, look no further than Black Label.

Fantastic experience: Best Jiu Jitsu gym in Herts. Coach Louis is a great guy, very knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything in detail so that everyone in class can learn the techniques. It is an amazing vibe, very welcoming and encouraging from day 1 and everyone here wants everyone else to progress, grow, suceed and have a great time. Every single session you will learn something new and/or build on what you already know, we spar regularly so we put the knowledge into practice. There's a very personal feel and there's no gimmicks here - every minute of practice is made worthwhile. I cannot recommend Black Label Jiu Jitsu Academy enough, anyone and everyone is welcome!

He’s created a gym with a very welcoming atmosphere and the team comradely is second to none. Everyone helps each other and wants their teammates to improve.
