Fantastic experience: Brilliant independent gym. Very friendly and well experienced staff. A good verity of equipment. Has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. From cardio all the way to strongman evens all classes are well catered for. Everyone is made to feel welcome regardless to their ability or chosen field of fitness sports.

Fantastic experience: Visited on opening day and very impressed. This gym easily has one of the best Strongman setups in a large area. The kit is also great quality. Really nice of Jason and some of the other Strongmen/Strongwomen to give some tips too. I recommend if you have any interest in Strongman, visiting this gym whilst in the area is a must!
