Fantastic experience: Got Introduced to Tom by another coach as my coach at that time thought that Tom would prepare me well for my first comp, she wasnt wrong! Toms a great coach who has array of knowledge and understanding on Powerlifting been a well respected powerlifter himself. Tom prepeded me well for my first comp were 3 pbs where broken, all thanks to Tom. Northern strength is that GYM were ur made at home from day one, this for me was ideal as I am a shy person at first. The other powerlifter are also amazing and always willing to share advice and spot you when needed. I really recommend anyone who wants to emabark on a powerlifting or strength and condition journey because at Northernstrength they have the knowledge to get you to achieve your goals.
