Fantastic experience: Been coming here for a couple years now for kickboxing, and I have loved it. Very welcoming and caters to whatever your goals are. The gym area also has a great selection of weights and machines.

Fantastic experience: I've trained Jiu Jitsu here for more than two years and loved every minute of it. There are excellent coaches for both adult and kids classes. Fantastic martial arts school!

Non judgement environment that welcomes anyone. I would recommend whether you're just looking to have fun or want to take your training seriously.

Fantastic experience: Over two years ago I first came here to learn BJJ as a complete beginner. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I was welcomed by everyone and have made so many great friends since. I love using the gym and I’m thinking of starting kickboxing soon too! Not only are the instructors incredibly skilled, supportive and fun, everyone here, students and staff, are amazing people all round. Thanks so much for everything guys‍♀️

Fantastic experience: Our whole family has been using the gym several times a week for both fitness and martial arts classes since 2019 (Some more frequently than others…) On top of excellent, safety focussed tuition and instruction in all areas, perhaps the most outstanding feature is the warmth, care and welcoming attitude of the Impact Academy Staff, no matter what your ability, experience or level of fitness. Don’t, however mistake this for thinking that classes will be a soft touch or that you won’t be encouraged to push yourself! Highly recommended, excellent value.

Fantastic experience: I joined Impact Academy just over a year ago looking to start BJJ and was immediately made to feel so welcome by everyone - staff and students. Impact offer a friendly, safe and supportive environment to train in and in the year since joining, I’ve trained BJJ, made use of their fully kitted gym and even branched out into some kickboxing! Can’t praise everyone at Impact enough!

Fantastic experience: Impact is an awesome gym and the team are fantastic, really friendly and approachable. I have PT sessions with Ben, he is great! But the whole team are FANTASTIC! Fitness classes are brilliant too, such a challenge but fun at the same time, guaranteed to get the rewards with Impact.

Fantastic experience: Both my boys attend here - one for Little Ninjas and one for kids Ju Jitsu. It’s great for fitness, confidence and they’ve made lots of friends. The instructors are brilliant and the boys love going.

Fantastic experience: I got back into Brazilian jiu-jitsu after almost a decade off and the instructors here are incredible. Each one of them are highly skilled and technical. Access to the gym as well to work on cardio and conditioning.

I was made to feel welcome from the very first phone call, the coaches are amazing in teaching, pushing and motivating, and above all friendly and very knowledgeable. Always a nice friendly atmosphere from staff and others using the facilities.

Fantastic experience: A lovely independent fitness and martial arts centre. Staff are knowledgeable and encouraging, classes are small and hard work. This is very much a community place, where you will be treated with respect and made to feel like you belong - no matter your skill or fitness level. Children's classes are second to none - they are fun, physical and supportive.

Fantastic experience: My son started Impact at 8 and is now 14 and still loves going!! He’s gained his black belt in kick boxing, and does Jui Jitsu & boxing. The coaches are all fantastic and have helped him grow in confidence & strength over the years. Now he’s 14 he can’t wait to join the gym.
