Fantastic experience: The line dancing classes are great fun. In the past year we’ve learnt (I use that term loosely) 30+ dances and we dance to a wide variety of music. Trish and Kelly are great instructors and the other attendees are a friendly bunch. I love it.

Fantastic experience: Trish makes you feel so welcome. You always come out of her classes feeling happy. There are so many classes to choose from. I would definitely recommend the Happy Vibe.
Fantastic experience: Love what Trish has developed. Pre covid there was only face to face classes but during lockdown she transferred to zoom. Kept me going. Now there is a mixture of online and face to face. Brilliant. I feel like a part of a big family. Everyone supports each other.
Fantastic experience: After trying several classes and a gym I have finally found my "happy " classes , had seen Happy Vibe advertised many times but thought it was for a younger age group not me 64+ , so glad I joined , very friendly, mixed age range, great choice of classes and most of all fun, Trish is so motivational and supportive , if you feeling a bit low and down you'll leave feeling "happy" , would definitely recommend anyone giving Happy Vibe a try there is a class to suit everyone, I do morning classes and love them all. .

Fantastic experience: Trish, Marie, Hannah, Emma, Becky and all the gang at The Happy Vibe are so welcoming and passionate about fitness. I started classes in April 2022....just one a week starting with pilates. I enjoyed it so much I've now got up to 5 classes a week. There is lots of variety and loads to learn. Several pounds down and finally getting to be as fit as I want to be. Lots of new participants worry about coming along for the first time...." I won't know anyone", or " I can't do the moves." Well we all start in the same place and there is nothing but friendliness and warmth here. No one cares if you go left when you should go right..... it just makes you smile and you feel tons better. Give it a go

Fantastic experience: I Absolutely love going to The Happy Vibe Fitness, especially Pilates with Trish. I wasn't in a great place before I started and now I have met some great ladies and my metal wellbeing is much more positive. Thank you Trish & ladies for making me feel normal again. Xx
Fantastic experience: Such a lovely group. I personally like the face to face classes but the online ones are great especially if you are busy. You can fit in a routine to suit you. Trish is great. Always there to help and give advice.
Fantastic experience: Fabulous, fun and friendly fitness group. Love the classes (especially boogie bounce and clubbercise) and challenges. After having 3 children I needed something to help me get my confidence back and this group helped massively. I’ve lost 2 stone steadily since June 2022 and feel stronger and happier.
Fantastic experience: Trish is an amazing instructor. She makes every class fun. I love Pilates on Tuesday morning. You can do everything at your own level without feeling bad if you can’t quite reach the higher level. We have lots of laughs before,during & after the class. Seated dance on Tuesday afternoon is also fun. A light hearted class, great for any age or ability with a social aspect for any age group. Trish thank you for all that you do for us x

Fantastic experience: I joined the Misfit Meno 6 week course in September last year. I’d been feeling quite old and frumpy for a while with peri menopause symptoms and lots of changes going on. Older daughter went off to Uni in Bath, younger daughter started college and work and I’d lost touch with some friends and colleagues after changing jobs, so I felt a bit lost and found I’d lost a lot of confidence. I knew I needed to do something to help me get myself back and out there. Since joining the Meno group, I’ve done 3 classes most weeks. I love the dance classes and Pilates and I’ve met some lovely ladies. There are so many classes face to face and online, that if you find one isn’t for you, then try another. There are 20 minutes classes that are great as a taster or if you haven’t got a lot of time .I feel so welcome at all classes and I love how Trish and the girls come and make sure we’re ok and introduce us to each other. It’s not clicky at all and lots of fun. I’ve been to other groups and gyms and felt so uncomfortable and not made to feel welcome, as everyone is already in little groups, that I’ve not gone back. This is why l love this group! Trish is so understanding and there’s no pressure at all, just lots of support and encouragement. The course structure was brill and it got me into a good routine quickly. The focus each week covered areas to help with making healthy choices and changes and building good habits through small steps which will stick, rather than a quick fix. I loved the videos and lives from Trish throughout the week, as it kept me on track and was good to interact with the other ladies and get to know everyone. Through the course, I started to feel a lot more like me again. I used to be very sociable but seemed to have lost this too, and I could feel this coming back the more I went to classes and joined in online and I feel so much more positive and more like me again. Fantastic experience: I took the plunge and joined Trish at the Happy Vibe a year ago. I had spent time looking into it and asking Trish lots of questions which she patiently answered every time but was never brave enough to take the plunge. In November 2021, I signed up to a months use of a boogie bounce trampoline and haven't looked back. Everyone in the Facebook page were really welcoming and friendly. What I loved about the month is that by using the catch-up videos I had access to an exercise class at a time convenient to me. During this time, I didn't just stick to Boogie Bounce, I rekindled my love of Step and began Pilates for the first time. The catch-up videos mean that you can exercise when you want to and where you want to. I enrolled for a full year at the end of the month period. One year on and I have stuck with it. I have continued to use the catch-up videos and the flexibility of choosing longer and shorter classes really leaves you with no excuse not to. At the end of last year, I approached Trish because I was struggling to lose the weight in my middle region- mainly in part to being perimenopausal. When Trish told me about her Misfit group, I jumped at the chance of being part of it. Through the group I have begun to understand the changes that are happening to my body and how best I can support myself during this time. The other ladies in the group are really friendly and supportive. The weekly catch up's with Trish are a further opportunity to hear how everyone else is coping or to ask questions. By posting short videos, Trish really supports you and helps. From the last MISFIT 6 week course I have taken away a few wins that have really made a difference. The advice of what to eat to stay full really helped. Trish was also great at directing me to which exercises suited by problem areas. The best bit for me was the 20 minute routines. Sometimes it is hard to fit in anything longer but with 20 minutes, I found I could do them as soon as I got in and whilst the tea was cooking. For anyone who isn't sure this six week course is the best way to find out if it suits you. It was the best decision I ever made!

Fantastic experience: I started with the Happy Vibe Fitness in January. I've been to a few classes previously, but decided to sign up for the Kickstart programme! I love the variety of face to face and online classes, and I still do a combination of both now! I also find the catch up classes brilliant for when I can't make a class; I even do them on holiday! No more excuses now!! All of the classes cater for all abilities! There is truly nothing to be worried about; just go at your own pace! Everyone is super friendly and supportive, which together with the physical and mental health benefits, is what keeps me going!
Fantastic experience: I started attending Clubbercise around a year ago and love it...recently I have added Broadway Boogie which I love too. All instructors are friendly and supportive and we all have fun as well as getting a good workout. Would definitely recommend...even if the thought of putting your lycra on fills you with utter dread do give it a try...at least once.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending the face to face classes for a year now. I moved to the area not knowing anyone and the ladies at The Happy Vibe welcomed me with open arms. Everyone is so friendly, the classes are so much fun and I can't recommend them and Trish enough!

Fantastic experience: The Happy Vibe is true to its name Trish is so welcoming and friendly I'm not the typical fitness addict and I certainly don't have inner motivation but with the help of Trish and her fabulous instructors I have managed to find a way to get fitter I would recommend anyone to give it a try on line or in a group
Fantastic experience: I joined the group last year. I have never exercised regularly before this....I now do 3-4 classes a week. The choice of online catch up classes is amazing, there are classes to suit everyone- regardless of their fitness level. Ive tried classes i would have never tried before. I feel so much better both physically and mentally too- we all support and encourage each other. The live online classes are great too- such a supportive group, coordinated by Trish, who is always there if you need her too. Love this group.

Fantastic experience: I’m a member and love the online lives and catchup sessions. Trish and the team of instructors make exercise fun and always make you feel welcome. I like the variety of classes and the membership facebook group. Trish is always looking for new ways to motivate and challenge to keep you happy and fit inside and out!

Fantastic experience: Started doing Clubbercise with Trish over 2 years ago and I attend classes every week I also wanted to focus on my core strength and have started doing Pilates classes. The classes are either by candlelight if you attend an evening class and during the day the room is darkened to create a peaceful chilled and calm environment. Mats are provided but it’s good to have your own to put over the top and make it really relaxing we are working with stretch bands and balls and the exercises change regularly . The classes focus on how to breathe and the importantance of us all taking some time to relax and stretch. The classes are suitable for all ages and abilities as there are various levels to work at and we can then choose the one most suited to our abilities. The classes are welcoming and friendly and love this as another way to exercise and keep active.

Fantastic experience: Been attending classes with Trish for about 2 years, Clubbercise, Boogie Bounce and Pilates. I thoroughly recommend all of these and I cannot praise Trish highly enough. She makes everyone feel really welcome and always creates a positive and welcoming atmosphere. She is a really experienced and knowledgeable instructor too and every session is a good workout and a positive experience. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been doing the Pilates classes with trish from the start in October and have really felt the benefit. It has helped massively with stress reduction and it is an hour where you can leave your worries at the door and focus on just yourself. I have noticed a massive improvement in flexibility, balance and abdominal muscles. Trish the instructor is extremely positive and makes you feel so comfortable and I can’t thank her enough for all her support and help.

Fantastic experience: The Happy Vibe fitness ONLINE.....!! Trish has set up an amazing Variety of many classes online to keep us moving, staying Fit and mentally getting us through these strange times. Online works so well for me, I can pick up classes on catch up when it fits in with me or do them LIVE with others on Zoom or Facebook to really help motivate me! They are fun, friendly and easy to be involved in. Pilates, Funky Step, clubbercise, HIIT high and Low intensity, Disco aerobics, dance, kettlebells, Legs Bums and Tums, Boxing........ the list is so vast you need to see it all to realise you are spoilt for choice in what you can do to challenge yourself or just to keep yourself moving. Trish is so inviting and makes fitness fun, all the other instructors I have met online in their own fitness ZOOM rooms have been so welcoming and lovely to be involved with to help keep me fit at home. I would recommend the happy vibe to anyone, as it caters for all abilities. I could not have got through these times without this Online community of friendly and supporting people.
