Fantastic experience: Lots of solid gym equipment in the open air which is free to use. Obviously the weather is a factor as to whether you would want to use this, but it's a great option and feature within Sandwell Valley. There are instruction plates on each item, and many different kinds of items for different kinds of workouts.

Fantastic experience: Probably the best gym park I’ve been to. For kids over 14 years old and adults, with more than 20 pieces of gym equipment. All in good working order and a great variety of excess machines to work every muscle. Each piece of equipment has a QR code linking to a YouTube video explaining how to use the machine. Who needs to pay for a gym, when the free park gym is as well equipped as this one.
