Fantastic experience: Kaos is a fantastic gym with some amazing people! They really help you get to know what you want from being there and your goals. I signed up for the charity boxing and my aim was to get fit and shed some weight. They helped me do both and I have now had three fights and lost just under four stone. I would recommend this place to any one and if you fancy the charity boxing it’s onr of the best experiences I’ve had Dylan and all the team are very good get down there and meet your goals
