Fantastic experience: Top Class! Couldn't fault anything at JT Performance! Clear and open lines of honest communication. Great coach/athlete relationship with the coach taking an interest in your life and understanding how to organise and structure your training around this! JTP has given me structure to a point where my mind is less cluttered and this then helps with organisation outside of training. Training structures are clearly explained on what you're doing, why you are doing it and how this helps you reach your goals! Even through a crazy busy time with a toddler and welcoming a new baby with Jack's help I was still able to get the work done and get closer to my goals!

Fantastic experience: So far I have been with JTPerformance for roughly 3 months. Before joining the program I had struggled with hamstring injuries and being able to complete lower body sessions in season. Already within the 3 months, I have been able to build up strength in lower body so that I am now lifting heavier than ever while being able to continue my trainings/matches without major fatigue in the legs. Furthermore Jack’s guidance on form has been crucial in me being able to progress in exercises and has been a huge help in getting stronger. I’ve not had any issues with my hamstring since joining the programme which is impressive as in previous seasons I have missed games due to this injury. I plan on continuing my journey with JTPerformance as I know that with their guidance, I will ultimately be able to become the best athlete I can be as they continue to provide elite programming, accountability and knowledge to any questions I have. Fantastic experience: Trying to live up to your full athletic potential is not an easy task considering that you will come to a point where hard work does not bring you the results you would expect. JT Performance, especially Coach Yudi, helped me to get over this point and developed a smart (and hard but fun) program. He turned me into a way better fighter than I was before because of the improvement of my athletic abilities, my own understanding of recovery and training load and also in many mental aspects like not stressing out if something does not go your way and that that ups and downs are very normal in sport. The weekly reviews helped me to understand my results better and the diary also gave me a very good overview how I developed in my sport. I really had the feeling if I had something going on in my mind that I could always ask Yudi for advice and he would always give a helpful answer and let you know that if you need more help/information/advice that you can contact him. Fantastic experience: I’m Calvin Truong and I’m an amateur MMA fighter. I had a problem with trying to balance the strength and conditioning with the striking and grappling training and making sure to get enough rest to recover. It was also hard to discern what training was effective and what was BS. JT Performance helped clear all that up. With a coach I can trust and with scientific evidence to back up the training program and recommendations outside of training like night time routines before bed and supplements, I got peace of mind knowing what I was doing was working so I can focus on fighting. Fantastic experience: Over these last couple months I've been working with coach Harry from JT Performance and I've made the largest strength gains in a long while. Harry helped me figure out a proper schedule to combine the S and C with my skills training and manage the fatigue I was always experiencing. The strength and conditioning sessions are all based on the latest scientific research and the JT Performance team keep updating their knowledge at all times to get the athletes the best results. It's all very simple: they lay out the program and do the thinking and you just follow it and make the gains. I would definitely recommend working with them
Fantastic experience: Over the last 6 months working with Harry, I've been able to play football injury free for the first time in years, I've hit PBs in pretty much all of my lifts, and I've improved my conditioning. The most beneficial aspect for me was being educated on how to implement these sessions around my games and training, as previously the gym left me feeling sore and affecting my performance come game day. I was also impressed by how much I could improve In-Season under Harry's guidance, as previously I was under the all too common impression that you can only make progress in the gym in the off/pre season. Can't recommend Harry enough and look forward to hopefully working with him again!

Fantastic experience: I would not rely on another coach. It’s that simple. Jack’s knowledge and passion for contact sports makes him special already, but his ability to listen, adapt and understand his athletes is what makes him truly unique. I approached Jack with a healthy strength base and because I wanted to improve both in strength and as a player. In a few weeks, he had tuned the way I approach my training to be healthier, safer and stronger. In a few months he had me hitting PRs I thought I’d never see. Fantastic experience: I had problems with my ankle and overall workload. Yudi helped me to beeing almost painfree and gave me good structured workouts. I achieved good progress in all of the main lifts, whilst enjoying the program. If I didn’t like a particular exercise Yudi gave me different ones. In general the program was well designed for my personal needs.

I had received online coaching before coming to JTPerformance and was quite shocked at the level of detail and feedback from coach Merrick. Commenting on workouts daily and altering sessions based on how my week/ schedule changed, and providing a detailed weekly check-in. Fantastic experience: Intro I am Mark Stewart and currently I play American football. I have been working with coach Jack for around 2 and a half years now, with our key focuses being on improving my knowledge in the following areas of strength and conditioning; Nutrition and speed development. I came to jack with an already well developed knowledge of traditional strength and condition practices in regards to weight training, so cultivating a deeper understanding in this area was more of a secondary focus. When I started to work with Jack I was at a bit of a cross road in my sporting career, having already played internationally and professionally at defensive line I felt it was time for a position switch to linebacker but I wanted to remain dominant and keep performance consistent. . JT performance has been more than just an online coaching service in all honestly, it’s a learning platform that gives athletes the skills to be successful long after they have left the system. The main focus is that the athletes develop and understanding of the WHY and have the resources to support this. Which I think differs from many online coaching services where you receive a program and the fundamental principles of the blocks are somewhat gate kept by the coaches. Fantastic experience: I came to JT Performance because I did not know how to plan my training for Rugby. I wanted to run into lift, but I also had to balance it with practice and games and did not know how to manage all of it. Fantastic experience: My name is Lucas Fleming and I play rugby for the University of Nebraska in the US. When I came to JT Performance, I was looking to come back from a collarbone injury and some previous patellar tendonitis. I also wanted to get bigger, faster, stronger as anyone should. Over the past few weeks, JT has helped me solve my problems related to injury by managing my load and helping me to increase load tolerance. At the same time, my compound lifts have increased and I've been able to see that measurable increase. I would most certainly recommend JT performance if you are serious about getting better. EDIT(almost 1.5 years later): I feel JT Performance has changed a lot about my athletic career. Their quality of coaching is outstanding and yet so simple. They don’t overcomplicate things and focus on doing the basics very well. End to end, this is some of the best S&C coaching I’ve ever seen and certainly ever had. Fantastic experience: I've been working with coach Merrick for around a year now. I highly recommend working with Merrick. His service has been second to none, incredibly personable, adapted programming on the go around multiple niggles in my old body. I've been lucky enough to play my sport professionally and work with some top S&C's and Merrick is right up there. Incredibly knowledgeable and has really pushed my performance metrics up at a stage in my career where I wasn't sure if that would be possible. If you're considering working with the JT performance team don't hesitate it's a hell of a investment.
Fantastic experience: I originally came to JT performance as I had suffered an injury I never had to deal with before and physios were helpful short-term but I needed a longer-term option as I had an important competitive season coming up. My coach (Merrick) was the complete package, he programmed around my work, uni and sport training schedule to give me the best shot possible. I contacted with JT Performance because I was looking for help with coming back to the field after ACL reconstruction surgery. Fantastic experience: Was with Jack Tyler for 17 months and they flew in. I went form being an uneducated and really pushing that term athlete and developed into a well-rounded, informed, educated, fit and strong athlete. Me and Jack didn't have the easiest time together with me breaking my ankle and being immobilised for more than 4 months, however, he never left me out and kept me updated with regular check ins daily and kept me on my toes with workouts I could do to keep my muscle mass, strength and even my fitness despite being in a cast. From this there is no doubt Jack doesn't know his stuff, I couldn't believe how much his brain holds. The training program was top quality with clear set out goals to hit alongside quality nutrition planning to help me achieve the targeted goals and these goals were hit every single time! Fantastic experience: I am an online coach and I have a background in Hurling and Gaelic. I joined JT Performance shortly after having a double leg fracture that required a tibial nail surgery, I wanted to have a smooth return to sport and I was determined to get back to full fitness as soon as I could. JT Performance and Coach Merrick in particular have been absolutely crucial in my return to running. Merrick took everything out of my hands, put a step by step plan in place and held me accountable to completing said plan. As a result I am now the strongest I have ever been in the gym hitting PRs every single week in the program. I am now more educated as well and this was one of the big reasons I joined JT performance. Merrick answered every question I had about the program and gave me an in-depth insight to his programming and really showed me the why behind the what when it came to my training. That way I knew why I was doing certain exercises and this help me commit to doing them and improved my knowledge as a coach. I am back running now on the pitch and look forward for returning to sport when my season starts again which was my goal! I couldn't recommend JT performance enough, they have made my recovery process so much smoother and have helped me improved my knowledge as a coach! Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about how great the service from JT Performance is. Not only is Coach Jack a very knowledgeable coach, but he truly cares about his athletes and their goals. I am a rugby player in the US and even though we are on different continents, Coach Jack is as accessible and helpful if not more, than any coach local to me. Fantastic experience: So I've been doing karate for 18 years, and competing in full contact karate for 10 years. I noticed recently that my skillset as a fighter was improving, however I was stagnating in the gym. I understood how to get someone to where I currently was, but I had reached an impasse. I was unsure of what I needed to do to get to the next level and become a fighter who is both technically sound but also physically dominant. Since working with Yudi, I've become fitter, faster, stronger and am in by far the best shape of my life and I can see myself becoming that fighter I want to be - a physically dominating force with the technical proficiency to back it up. My gym lifts continue to rise week after week. I'm 5kg up from my starting weight and feel both fitter and faster than when I started despite the extra weight and the progress hasn't slowed at all. Keep in mind I've spoken purely about my physical performance, let alone all the other things that support said performance he's been helping me with. Honestly, I could give the typical spiel about how good the training is and how Yudi always gets back to me with any and all of my questions and thoughts and while all of that is most definitely true. I'll keep things short and simple. I've made more progress in my sport in the past month and a half, than I have in the year that preceded it and if that doesn't convince you why I recommend these guys so highly, I don't think anything else I say will. If you're on the fence about starting up, it's time to jump off and dive straight in cause you won't regret it. I know I haven't.

Positive experience: Been a slow start as I unfortunately fractured my ankle when starting the programme. Jack has been super patient with the time it’s taking me to heal and completely adapted my programme to include rehab and sending me advice throughout recovery. Fantastic experience: JT has really supported me and benefitted me in terms of my goal to restart my lifestyle habits and become a better athlete. I was in a rut with nutrition and poor eating habits and JT's expertise and large quantity of documents/advice has changed this around for me very quickly and got me on the right path. I was also plateauing when it came to the gym and I was struggling to get past my current maxes. Within the first month or so with JT I have seen weight increases in all 3 of my comp lifts and generally feeling more athletic when I am on the field. I wanted to be able to maintain the same level of intensity without dropping off later on in the game. The whole process was amazing, the training regime was within my capabilities and there was consistent communication between me and Thomas to make any required changes to the training as and when it was needed. I was also provided with lots of articles and information that helped with nutrition, recovery and performance psychology which gave an extra edge to my training and game day preparations. The results of the training were amazing and really showed during my games. I was able to maintain the same intensity in the final ten minutes as I had during the first ten minutes of the game. My weights in the gym went right up, I gained 5kg in weight but still dropped body fat %. This had a huge impact and I was able to dominate my contact areas when attacking and defending. I was putting in more dominant tackles whilst constantly breaking the gain line. I would 100% recommend training with jt performance because I was able to improve on every aspect of performance that I was struggling with and played the best rugby of my life as a result of their training.

Fantastic experience: I am a college rugby player and came to Jack for someone to plan a detailed programme and nutrition plan around my college and work week, especially with his connection with my sport it is a great fit. Even though I had a lot of basic knowledge in strength and conditioning I needed someone else to fine tune a programme that would help me in rugby too. Working with Jack over the True coach app has made it very easy to track and view my training sessions and nutrition without having to invest much effort into research myself or spending hours writing it all down on paper. Fantastic experience: Worked with Jack for 3 months for our off season. Thoroughly enjoyed the process and the quality of everything was always of the highest standard. All aspects of training for your sport were hit and Jack was brilliant to adjust sessions to your schedule. Aside from the standard of training being top quality though I also built daily habits that have been hugely beneficial and that was down to how thorough the coaching was, with plenty educational content available. Fantastic experience: When I first contacted Coach Jack I was in a moon boot following an Achilles’ tendon rupture . I felt I wanted to return to American football as quickly as possible while preventing the risk of a re rupture I felt my monthly physiotherapy appointments weren’t enough so I had to contact Coach Jack . I never looked back I had seen he had worked with a variety of athletes including medical students and American football players , so it was right up my alley . He didn’t see my ailment as a hinderance despite the fact I didn’t get an operation on my Achilles he went above and beyond with his fitness advice and scheduling on my workouts and what to do in between ,taking into consideration if I had a game or was feeling sore . I haven’t had a better strength and conditioning coach and I don’t think I will ,he encouraged me . Is it worth the price ? Absolutely . Coach Jack is not only highly intelligent , and knowledgable in everything sports performance and recovery but he also cares about his clients he always gave me the time of day . His Instagram page is also a fountain of knowledge and I can see how he has built such a social media prescience .I was able to come back from my injury 5 months post rupture starting on the defence for an undefeated university of Liverpool raptors team which had conceded one of fewest points per game in the country . I have also seen increases in strength as well as achieving a leaner more muscular physique which has been noticeable by people around me .If coach Jack did that for me he can certainly take anyone to the next level . Fantastic experience: I have done 3/4 months of online training with Jack and I have seen some incredible improvements in my lifts and BJJ performance. Fantastic experience: I’m a rugby player who had ideas and an inkling as to what I wanted to do and how I wanted to do it but didn’t have the guidance or help necessary. I wanted to break into the the first team squad and be consistent while showing that I can score as a winger week in week out and also get strong for myself and my mind as a personal goal. I have worked with JT for just over a year now and in that time I’ve seen and felt myself get stronger and lift weights I didn’t think I could ever do while having the best start to a season I’ve ever had earning a first team call up and starting place without question. I would recommend JT to anyone with any physical training goals as his knowledge of everything from programming to nutrition while taking the most care to adapt to your lifestyle both daily and weekly providing a certain amount of detail that makes the little things show such a big difference over time. Fantastic experience: Jack is far and away one of the best Strength and Conditioning coaches around. It's not close. He's the real deal. Most coaches now try to make money by coming up with some wonky focus or by being a social influencer. Jack separates himself by getting results, not some snake oil. I came to Jack as an older recreational BJJ athlete, and he's managed me through injury and busy schedules and I've gotten much better as an athlete as a result. Highly, highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: Almost a year working with JT Performance and all I can do is heap praise at the level of service and coaching provided. This is an entirely bespoke plan from a coaching staff that pay massive attention to the most granular details. Coach Jack and his coaches at JT Performance care about their athletes and revel in the successes of their athletes. Conversely, Coach Jack feels personally responsible for challenges faces or struggles endured. Truth be told, removing the guess work from performance training and having that layer of accountability have made me a stronger, more athletic and more consistent athlete. Fantastic experience: I signed up with JT because I had 0 knowledge in the gym and I wanted to learn how to train like an athlete. I also had an issue with knee pain which JT helped me overcome. I started off with regressions of difficult exercises after a couple of weeks they were so easy. JT also worked my gym schedule with my training plan for American football this helped me have enough rest to recover too. By the end of my time with JT I felt so much more athletic and strong in comparison to before which lead me to have a great season following it.I have also taken the knowledge I received from him and have implemented this into my daily lifestyle. I highly recommend JT he educates you as well as studies your body to know what’s best for you to. Jack is also a very understanding person which makes it more comfortable to work with him. Fantastic experience: Great programming and very professional, but friendly. Knowledgeable about S&C and performance, and is always open to answering any questions you may have. JT played a massive role in motivating me during what has been quite a tough and demotivating lockdown period, and has always found new ways of keeping workouts interesting despite not having access to weights or a gym during covid.

Previously I’ve had various programmes as part of teams from S&C coaches etc but they’ve always been generic and progress is always slow. Fantastic experience: Working with Jack has been brilliant, I’m getting stronger and fitter than I have ever been, the sessions are challenging but not beating me up so I am always ready and eager for next training session. All the seasons are personalised and readily adapted for all my needs wether it be working round existing injuries or the demands of my job. My nutrition has been dialled by layering in small achievable goals over time which are helping my performance levels and also body composition, but it does not feel at all restrictive. Fantastic experience: My name is James, and I am 17. Regardless of my age Jack took the time to make training schedules that were suitable not only for my event and progress but also for my age. The sessions were demanding but if not for them I wouldn't have gotten this much stronger and wouldn't have been able to experience this level of recovery with my knees (Patellar tendonitis) . Apart from just the effective training sessions and dieting advice he gave me, he also checked up on me during my exams to make sure I was coping well with the stress( Almost like a big brother). It was an amazing experience which I would recommend for anyone who wants to really improve their sports performance.

Fantastic experience: Really awesome program. Jack has changed the way I view and handle nutrition. He is able to work and accommodate to your experience, schedule, and ability. During the 12 week program, I lost 18lbs/8.3 kgs and at the same time hit pBs in the gym and on the field. The idea of losing bodyfat while increasing my numbers in the gym was something I wasn't aware was possible. At the start of the program we focussed on the idea of 'recomposition', and I can honestly say it has been the most productive summer that i've had. Fantastic experience: I’ve been working closely with Jack for over 3 months now. For the first time in my career I wanted to take my S&C and nutrition to a new level with more communication and detail to programming with a coach through my off season. In this short amount of time I’ve made more progress on compound lifts than ever before just from using slightly different training methods to suit the sport I’m competing in. The different methods of training has also allowed me to keep focussed and driven for training sessions with more levels of excitement than before, it was far from the box standard same thing week in week out. Fantastic experience: I came to jack seeking help returning from a hip injury that had been recurring for a while, and would stop me from playing sport to the intensity I like. Even though I am a coach myself I couldn’t keep myself accountable or be confident in my own knowledge to fix myself. 2 months with jack and not only can I sprint and play sport again pain free, but I am confident in my ability to maintain my hip strength and continue progressing.
