OP24

Fantastic experience: This isn’t a story of success… more a story of support! I joined Op24 knowing only one of the trainers, but quickly found that both Ruby and Max brought everything that I personally wanted from a session! Joy! To come out feeling better… feeling strong! I was loving it, enjoyed every single session, no matter how hard. 5 weeks in and I was starting to see and feel the benefits! As always life then happens…. I fractured my ankle! I was beyond devastated!!! I am pretty sure that in any other situation that would have been me done! Loss of drive, momentum, and belief that I would be doing any form of fitness at any point! How wrong I was….. both Ruby and Max were on the phone, showing they cared, telling me how we would figure this out! ( mixed with a small amount of banter!) And here we are 4 weeks post injury getting the joy in slightly adapted sessions! Op24 is a gym worth its weight in gold in my opinion! The sessions are varied and with purpose and intent. A great set of members, all with a variety of wants and needs yet somehow Ruby and Max manage to cater for us all! Success stories come in all shapes and sizes and for me the success is getting back on that bike and pedalling back up that hill to continue my personal fitness journey

Fantastic experience: You get what you pay for and I am most definitely getting a premium service from OP24. Ruby and Max’s passion, professionalism and dedication to each and every one of us is so impressive. In such a short space of time they have completely changed my approach to my fitness, I now train less, eat more, am injury free and I feel fitter and healthier than ever before. Having a Hyrox competition coming up I was really conscious that I needed to keep training while I was away on holiday so they put a programme together for me which I was so grateful for. I am in safe hands with these two and every session I am learning something new. Thank you OP24

Fantastic experience: Having just become a granny for the first time at 63, Ruby and Max are helping me to grow my fitness so that I will be able to run around after my grandbaby in the years to come. They offer a holistic approach to fitness and I find the sessions are well paced, informative and can be adapted to suit your own needs, so you never feel a sense of failure, rather you are actively encouraged to feel a sense of achievement and success. The post work out flapjacks are awesome too!! Highly recommend OP24

Fantastic experience: I am a 51 year old who has always be conscious of my weight and since going through the menopause it has become even more of a struggle physically and mentally. My journey started a new beginning 10 weeks ago when I joined Op24 & wow truly amazing, Max and Ruby have given me a different outlook on fitness and nutrition they say Trust The Process! And thats exactly what I have done and the results are amazing Also an awesome community of people all supporting each other and new friendships made. I can’t thankyou both enough and I look forward to the future continuing my journey with OP24. Sara

Fantastic experience: A really special gym run by two highly experienced and professional people who also happen to be lovely! It’s a friendly supportive atmosphere in which individual needs are accounted for and a structured well managed programme helps you to meet your needs of strength, fitness and longevity whatever your age or level of fitness. There’s support with diet including talks on nutrition from experts, science on the effects of exercise and many other things. Small groups and a regular commitment are what I need to motivate me. It’s tough building strength and stamina but Ruby and Max at Op24 honestly make it enjoyable and very worthwhile. They even have social events. Highly recommended . I’m in my sixties and do small group personal training with people ranging in age from thirties upwards-we all compete with ourselves rather than reach other and I love it!
