Fantastic experience: LAPT Studios is an exceptional place that adds that perfect touch of class and professionalism to my sessions. With top of the range equipment and a perfect amount of space it is the exact facilities that has helped me up my levels as a Personal Trainer. Every trainer within the facility are at a high standard and create a very supportive atmosphere that makes every session a joy to be in attendance for me as a Trainer and for my clients. Luke has offered me some fantastic advice of which has and is helping me up my levels as a Personal Trainer. I would 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: My first experience of LAPT was bringing my son to his PT session each week, the space is clean, well equipped, private yet inviting and I loved it so much so that I then came on board as a PT running my own business out of the studio. It’s such a unique and exciting environment and I haven’t known anyone whose visited and not loved it.

Luke and all the other PT’s are fantastic to work with, the equipment and space is too notch and rent is the best around. Fantastic experience: I’ve had a few sessions now with Sarah and already feel so comfortable using the machines! My biggest fear is going into a gym and not really knowing what machines work best for me so this studio is perfect for me to explore! Sarah has helped grow my confidence and her knowledge of how to train certain muscle groups is just amazing! I actually look forward to exercising! X

Fantastic experience: I have been going to PTs at this studio for a while and it has really helped keep me going with my fitness (alongside my PT!!!). Its perfectly equipped and really well run, you get a fantastic space to work out and you really feel you can push yourself as everyone is friendly and its never too crowded. Loads of equipment to try for a varied workout, i would 100% recommend this place as an awesome place to reach your goals.
