Fantastic experience: We couldn't recommend Tom enough to anyone looking to get in better shape, increase their confidence and learn about sustainable health & fitness. My wife and I both started sessions with Tom in the lead up to our wedding, he helped us achieve our goals with some healthier lifestyle changes, in a sustainable way where we didn't have to completely give up the foods we love. He set us personalised calorie and step targets, always taking the time to measure our progress and adjust anything for us if necessary. He made the process of tracking progress incredibly simple for us by adjusting our targets as needed. As complete newbies to the gym, we were a little nervous about getting started - Tom made us feel super comfortable with resistance training and taught us how to use the equipment safely and for optimal results with his wealth of knowledge. In addition to the teaching, Tom made going to the gym an enjoyable experience by being so friendly and personable - we already miss having our morning chats while getting our work out in! We both reached the goals we set out to achieve by our wedding date and have continued our fitness journey's using the knowledge that Tom provided. Worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: Was great working with Tom. He’s very enthusiastic and kept me motivated and on track, always listening to my goals and making sure I was on the right path. He is very knowledgeable and taught me a lot about the gym and nutrition, made me a lot more confident in myself. Definitely recommend training with Tom!!

Fantastic experience: Tom has been great at helping me improve my confidence at the gym. From previously just sticking to the ‘safe’ treadmill or bike, I now have a whole library of exercises and gym equipment I feel confident in. Tom has a strong focus on ensuring correct technique whilst still making progression with heavier lifts which is a great balance. I always looked forward to the sessions and I’ve learnt things to improve my health and fitness that will stay with me forever.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend Tom enough! Offered enjoyable workout plans, often checked in to keep me motivated, gave me the accountability I needed when it came to sending in daily calories & steps and helped me understand exactly how fat loss worked. I got great results and learned a lot. He’s also such a nice genuine guy. If you’re looking to lose weight or get into shape in a sustainable way, look no further!

Fantastic experience: I was quite apprehensive about having a PT at first but I’m so pleased I did, Tom was brilliant, really helped with my confidence. Fantastic experience: I signed up with Tom in Jan this year, he was very good in getting back to me and we had a easy discussion about moving forward. Sessions were good i felt at ease and worked hard but never overdoing it, Tom is such an easy coach to work with, i would strongly recommend those thinking about it to give it a go. Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a trainer who checks in and who will push you to reach your goals then Tom is your man! I’ve lost 1 stone in 5 weeks under Tom’s guidance. I love the TB app on my phone it’s easy and keeps me on track for each personalized training session in the gym.

Fantastic experience: I've been with Tom for over a year now and cannot recommend him enough! Tom is very knowledgeable and provides great support in all areas such as training and nutrition. His sessions I would say are suitable for beginners and even experienced gym goers, providing structured and personalised training programmes. He is open and supportive whether it be your new to a gym, new techniques/exercise, motivational issues or personal issues that may occur. As a woman he makes you feel very at ease and is happy to push you if you're game or pull back if you're tired. I've had some great results in my 1st year and look forward to my 2nd!

Fantastic experience: I started training with Tom as I wanted to lose weight and improve my knowledge in the gym. Tom is an excellent trainer with an infectious enthusiasm for his work. His sessions are well structured and he has helped build my confidence when training alone. His workouts are challenging but fun throughout. He places great emphasis on correct technique and has been a constant source of support since I started training with him. In my time training with Tom I managed to lose 12.6kg. I felt physically stronger and much more confident through training with him. I still reach out to him for advice and he has always been very generous with his time. Fantastic experience: Tom is kind, knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, motivating, very supportive of women (able to talk about periods!) and I always have a laugh with him! He literally switches on my BEAST mode! Tom made sure that he researched my medical condition before I started, to ensure that he could realistically work with me and know when and how to push me, without leading to an injury. He’s taken a complete novice with weight training and now got me barbell squatting almost 60kg in about 6 months! As a larger lady, I was very paranoid about judgement in the gym and from a PT, but Tom makes me so relaxed and makes my journey individual to me. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was a bit nervous to work with a PT for the first time, but Tom made me feel at ease from the start. He has the right balance of encouraging you to get the most out of your workouts, while not pushing you too far. He really listened to what I was trying to achieve, and I got the results I wanted in the first three months, plus a lot more confidence in the gym. Tom really educated me about weight training and diet – everything is explained so well and always felt achievable and sustainable. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to work with Tom and would recommend it for everyone!

Fantastic experience: Tom is an excellent PT and I highly recommend him. A back injury a few years ago left me nervous of exercising. Tom has motivated, encouraged, and supported me in regaining confidence to go to the gym and weight train. His training app is great and provides structure to training on my own and he is very responsive when contacting for help. I enjoy going to the gym and my sessions with Tom are fun. I would recommend Tom to anyone considering a PT as he is friendly, patient, knowledgeable and gets the best out of you whilst setting realistic goals.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Tom for a few months now and since starting I haven’t been struggling as much with my back pains, I have reached every goal I set myself. He always teaches me the correct techniques and is able to give nutritional advice. I feel as though he always listens to me and adjusts my training accordingly. Even when I became pregnant. Tom always goes above and beyond and is always very friendly, positive and helpful. Thanks to him I found motivation to show up at the gym few times a week and enjoy every training.

Fantastic experience: I was as many other mothers who after birth wanted to loose weight faster than they got it - it didn't happened :( For months I was struggling with different diets and payed "training" apps = zero effect! Then I started with Tom as my personal trainer. I am very, very happy of my choice! Tom has great approach. He is so positive, smiling and kind. He is adjusting the training program according to my current situation - when I got used to some exercise he rises the weight or makes modification to be harder so I can be in constant development. He is tracking my diet and calories. We always discusse with me when I have any difficulty following the diet. After 5 months hard work, from both sides I have great results - I dropped down one size in my clothes and I feel with more power and in better mood and shape. Thank you Tom!

Fantastic experience: Tom is a brilliant PT & I highly recommend him! I first started my PT sessions with Tom back in October 2021. The initial goal was to help me lose the weight gained during lockdown so that I could fit into my wedding dress. This goal was achieved & I couldn’t have done it without him! He set me a programme that was achievable and manageable to fit around a busy schedule and the weekly sessions encouraged me to keep going! I enjoy the sessions and even though the initial goal was achieved I am still continuing the weekly PT session but with a new goal to improve my strength. Thank you Tom for all your help!

Fantastic experience: Tom is a fantastic trainer, so personable and professional, he’s motivation has helped me no end and I would recommend him to anyone thinking of using a personal trainer. His communication is great his plans are tailor made to the individuals needs and he will push you in such a positive way. Fantastic experience: I first started seeing Tom as my personal trainer in December 2021. I have suffered from a spine problem since I was 12, with pain, disc degeneration and scoliosis, I have tried lots of different things in the past (pilates, physio, osteopaths etc) but I can honestly say Tom has changed my life. I feel strong, my back pain has reduced by at least 60/70% and when I do have small episodes of pain I recover a lot quicker than previously. I love the gym, I love my PT session with Tom and I feel confident. Thank you Tom

Fantastic experience: I’d highly recommend Tom. He’s easy to talk to and helps keep me motivated by checking in with me regularly and setting realistic goals for me to reach. Tom has helped me be able to diet without having to be so strict that I wouldn’t be able to stick to it long term.
