Sammy's is a professional fully quipped family run gym. It has a very friendly and relaxed environment and caters to men & women no matter what stage of training they are at. We specialise in powerlifting and ladies circuits and have a machine and weight for every muscle in the body. We have filled the gym with every machine, bar and weight that one could possibly need to further their goal in their fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: Incredible gym, if you're near you have to call in. Loads of strength equipment and a huge wealth of knowledge within the walls.

Fantastic experience: Sammys its first class gym with every thing you could think of it allso has fitness class's for women. Theres a friendly welcome as soon as you enter and every one more an happy to give a hand if needed.
