Fantastic experience: Can highly recommend Karen’s yoga sessions, relaxing yet gently challenging and suitable for all abilities. Karen will offer advice and takes the time to listen to your needs, adapting the session to suit. Welcoming and friendly groups too.

Fantastic experience: I keep meaning to say… the difference your session has made to my headspace. I remember the first time I came, laying listening to you saying let go of all your trouble, forget the stress…. And I remember lying there thinking, “as if that’s going to happen!!!” Anyway due to several life changes including yoga I do find myself now completely able to dedicate this time to myself and have learnt to not let some of the troubles get hold of me so tightly. Thanks Karen, it’s more than just Yoga.
