Fantastic experience: Transform Physiques Gym is one of the most welcoming and calming gyms I’ve ever been too, I’ve always been nervous going to the gym but this one I feel comfortable, the atmosphere is nice, everyone’s so friendly and helpful and the staff are always so helpful if your struggling on any of the equipment. Definitely recommend this gym to anyone!! :)

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. Definitely the best in the area. Friendly and very welcoming. Staff always on hand with any questions and are very easy and friendly to approach. Ideal that it’s open 24hrs which means that even at peak times it’s never too busy which is a problem at other places, no need to fight over equipment. Over a year here now and I attend multiple times a week. Plenty of equipment with a quiet upstairs spot for mat work. Love this gym.

I’ve trained almost everyday since joining due to how comfortable I feel. The gym is spacious with excellent quality equipment, very high standards of cleanliness and everyone’s really friendly.

Fantastic experience: Been coming to TP gym for around 2 months now and it's pretty much perfect for me and what I need. 24/7 access/fob entry if you need it, vending machine on site.. Everyone is friendly enough and the staff are on hand to help out when you need them. The floor area has everything you could ask for and then some! The mezzanine has treadmills/rowers/ski-ergs and plenty of other functional training kits on it so you always well catered for. Hopefully be feeling fit enough to tackle one of the Saturday AMRAP training groups soon without totally dying Keep up the good atmosphere and kit guys

Fantastic experience: The most welcoming gym i have ever step foot in. Joined particularly to take part in the weekly circuits when on a shred programme with Ameyah who also offered amazing PT sessions. The staff in particular Amy and Beth have been so incredibly friendly and have took their time showing me around the equipment and are always there to chat to or if i need a hand. It’s open 24 hours which is so handy too as other gyms round here don’t open early enough if you start work early!

Fantastic experience: After trialing afew workouts when this gym originally opened a couple of years ago, I joined as the kit is next level and is unmatched for quality in the area! Progress has been made faster than ever since joining. A real atmosphere and everyone from coaches, staff and members I find are friendly and willing to help. From bodybuilding, cardio equipment, boxing to hyrox there is something for everyone.
