Fantastic experience: I spent my 30s doing and hating bootcamps, I’m in my 40s now and after 3 years with Magda, I’m so much stronger and fitter than I’ve ever been, AND for someone who hates exercise, I actually quite like our sessions. Magda is good chat. During my 1st pregnancy I experienced excruciating SPD from early on, I was told by Drs that it would be worse during my 2nd pregnancy. However, under Magda’s instruction, I had zero pain throughout the whole 2nd pregnancy, I actually felt amazing and strong, and was able to work out until 36 weeks. I returned to working out with Magda when my baby was 3 months old, taking him along to my sessions. I had been left with 4 cm diastasis recti which really got me down, however 12 months later the gap has now closed, again thanks to Magdas instruction. Honestly I can’t recommend her enough, I feel like not only is my body my own again, but it’s stronger and tighter.
Fantastic experience: I've been doing gym classes for year, finding no motivation, no body changes nor consistency. It was after I had kids that my mental and physical status were in need for help. I found Magda and her lovely fitness studio, and after a chat and a first class, my everything changed! I never thought weight lifting was for me but my muscles starting growing, my body got stronger, my energy came back to me and my mind experienced the pleasure of feeling good and motivated! Honestly, cant recommend her enough, have a chat and try one class, you wont regret it :)

Fantastic experience: Amazing personal trainer! I've struggled for years with diastasis recti for various reasons but through Magda's specific programme I saw an improvement within a few weeks, and I was educated on what helps and more importantly what doesn't. This has made such a difference to me because I can exercise properly now without aggravating the problem. Overall Magda's programmes have been transformative both physically and mentally, I can lift weights that I never thought I'd be able to & it's also led to changes in my life generally. The sessions are hard but Magda is empathetic and I really feel like she tunes into what I need and is aware of any problem areas where a different approach might be needed. I look forward to my sessions because I get so much out of them, plus Magda is fun too! Thank you Magda
Fantastic experience: My 121 specialist training with Magda has been great - she has helped me massively with safe lifting and management of pelvic floor and abdominal pressure control. I now feel more confident in a gym environment and have joined her small group sessions!
Fantastic experience: Magda is a fantastic personal trainer who specialises in pregnancy and postpartum recovery. She has helped me bounce back after having my daughter. We worked on building my strength exactly in those places that needed the most attention, with a very personalised approach. It allowed me to get back into fitness after having a baby in a safe but effective way. 100% recommend! I will be continuing with some 1:1 sessions, a personal training plan to follow at home and group classes, to build on what we have started even further. Magda will work with your specific needs and your budget. You also can bring your baby to your 1:1 sessions with you, if you need to, which is an absolute god-send sometimes, as it can be hard to plan things with a newborn, so you still have the opportunity to focus on you and your recovery as a mummy, even if your little one comes with you. She’s been absolutely fantastic and I can’t recommend her enough! I just wish I started working with her even sooner, while I was still pregnant. Maybe next time :)

Fantastic experience: Training in SAVVY Fitness was one of the best decisions I ever made! I am so much happier and healthier and it’s all down to her. Fantastic experience: Magda is wonderful personal trainer - really knowledgeable about fitness and women's specific priorities and needs. She balances being encouraging with also challenging me; this helped me feel that I was making good progress (coming from an almost zero starting point). I'd been worried about exercise because of peri menopausal symptoms but I felt I was in very safe hands with Magda, so I could exercise properly without fear of injury. The impact on wellbeing (mental as well as physical) has been so good and I'm hoping to get back to sessions again soon after school holidays. Thanks Magda!

Fantastic experience: I am having a wonderful time with Magda - she is addictive to be with makes every session a pleasure obviously with the bonus of looking after my bad back but making sure I’m working hard. Fantastic experience: Magda is literally the perfect PT! From the second I met her for my initial consultation, she has been my biggest cheerleader in reaching my fitness goals. She created an individual program tailor-made for my specific needs, she helps me stay motivated and celebrates my progress with me (as well as showing me how to work out safely!). She is like a walking encyclopedia of knowledge when it comes to fitness - I have learned so much from her, and working with a PT that specialises in women's health has been so eye-opening. But most of all, her lovely personality actually makes working out fun. I look forward to each session, and if I wasn't already out of breath from the work outs she sets me, I would definitely be out of breath from all of the laughing!

Fantastic experience: A great space. Teacher read the room and slowed the pace down for the beginners. A bit slow for me but they now have different sessions for beginners and advanced.

Fantastic experience: After 37 years of hating exercise and never committing properly I finally decided to do something about it. I’ve always hated the gym and found all the machines intimidating. I picked Magda because I liked the idea of a female only, private gym. She is so knowledgeable, motivating and creates a really safe space. Fantastic experience: Honestly the most knowledgeable, hard working, dedicated and super experienced personal trainer ever … for any women! Young or not, or having a kid or not, if you are a woman, you need Magda and she will train you and make you reach your goal. She has so much of knowledge not only the regular training and work out part of the business but also nutrition side, and postpartum side as well. Plus, she is freaking hilarious! Your belly would hurt.

Fantastic experience: I think every woman after having a baby should do the 6 weeks rehabilitation postpartum program. I’ve had finished one and I never felt so strong, happy and motivated. After that I finished Fitter Mama and now I am on the standard training. Magda is tailoring programs individually to each client. She is extremely knowledgeable and gave me lots of tips and she is still helping me to achieve my goals. It was difficult in the beginning but Magda made me feel so welcome and helped me so much with my confidence. It’s well priced and there is lots of options to choose from. So to all new mums out there - you need to try ! It’s fun, it’s addictive , it’s a must!
Fantastic experience: As a Muslim woman, Magda offers something I haven't had before in a private, safe, womens only space to achieve my fitness goals. Magda brings her extensive knowledge and experience to our PT plans and we work together to achieve my fitness goals. I trust her and her judgement and she offers me realistic expectations which are very important in any fitness partnership. Magda challenges me and I always leave feeling 100% better than when I arrived with a lot of laughs along the way. If you are thinking about it, just do it, you won't regret it!
Fantastic experience: Magda had her work cut out with me- creating a pregnancy plan for someone with multiple injuries and recovering from surgery. She has helped me gain my fitness back and created a safe, fun and challenging programme that was tailored to my needs. Fantastic experience: So thankful to have found Magda! I’m totally the opposite end of the age bracket that she usually helps , being a post menopausal woman with newly diagnosed osteoporosis who has never before done any strength training. She has formulated an exercise plan for me which takes into account my physical limitations but also pushes me to develop strength , balance and coordination. I really enjoy every session and am already seeing results after only 2 months. With her help and lovely positive attitude I am learning how to re energise my ‘old’ body! Thank you Magda!

I am very fortunate that my qualifications and extensive experience working with both pregnant and postnatal mums comes in handy. It’s super important to look after yourself properly during this beautiful (a little bit tiring) period of woman’s life. :)
Fantastic experience: I have just finished my 4 week postpartum rehab and muscular activation of pelvic floor and abdominal muscles programme with Magda! I have regained my confidence in movement and feel so much stronger. With Magda’s help I also now know which areas need work going forward. Fantastic experience: Magda was excellent from start to finish. I completed two postnatal courses with her and felt that the programme was tailored to my individual needs and abilities. As the sessions went on, they definitely became harder and I could feel my strength and fitness returning. I felt instantly comfortable with Magda and we some good laughs during sessions. She is very knowledgeable and a great personal trainer. I would recommend her to anyone.
Fantastic experience: Best decision I have made! I was drawn to Magda due to her gym being private and not having the confidence to work out with the changes to my body after having a baby and the fact that she is very open and honest about her own body changes over the years. I started my journey with Magda at the end of January and I am so glad I did! From the moment I met Magda I felt at ease and in safe hands after having a baby and letting myself go my aim was to get back to my pre-birth weight. I started my sessions twice a week with weight loss as my main aim but soon after starting I realised that I not only needed to lose weight but build strength. I have never enjoyed any form of physical exercise going to gym has always been something I have never enjoyed as I’ve tried to rush in too quickly but I was and still am surprised to find that I’m actually looking forward to working out twice a week. It has even encouraged me to do mini sessions at home! Magda is amazing at what she does she knows exactly when to push and how much! She makes sure you know how to exercise correctly to avoid injuries. Her patience along with positivity and being able to relate really makes you feel at ease. Magda creates everything to suit you, so puts the personal in PT! After 10 weeks I feel more motivated with better energy. Thank you magda
