Fantastic experience: I've been on my fitness journey with Cedric since Febuary now and it's been great! I 100% recommend you using Whole Body Approach,' to reach your fitness goals! ♀ The programme has been fantastic for educating me on what exercises to do to help me reach my fitness goals e.x. core and balance, strength, speed, and stamina; and what foods to eat e.x how much protien, fibre, and carbs. The training sessions are always great fun, Cedric is always supportive and patient when teaching a new exercise or programme. In my time training on the programme so far I've successfully completed 4 half-marathons beating my time doing one in under 2hrs recently, and my first full marathon in a time of 4hrs and 45minutes summer just gone. ⭐

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Cedric coming up to a year. Before I stumbled into his care I was a casual low league basketball player, overweight, with age catching up with me. I’m not ready to stop playing sport so I hit the gym. Having no idea what I’m doing in the gym I got talking to Cedric who told me he can build me a sports specific program for my basketball. His enthusiasm for building programs and helping people really is inspiring. I often say to friends, I’d recommend Cedric to anyone, he enjoys this stuff so much, he’s not one of these trainers with stock plans, checking their Instagram during session. The app my plan sits in is so easy to use and it’s my right hand in the gym and at home during recovery. Can’t recommend whole body approach enough. Looking forward to hitting more goals and improving my game more and more in the future.
