Fantastic experience: Such a warm welcome, great sessions and coaches, the perfect mix of strength and cardio for me. I'd been wanting to try CrossFit for a long time, my only regret is that I didn't start sooner! Sam and the team are really knowledgeable and highly competent as well as being really friendly and accepting. The members are all great too, no matter what the goals we work hard and encourage each other to be better. Give it a go, you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: Took advantage of the open gym for a drop in whilst on holiday down in West Wales. Atmosphere was welcoming, despite us only being drop ins, plenty of open space and equipment to use. Great place to train even if you only want to keep active whilst you're away from home. Would definitely recommend.
