Organic Strength

Fantastic experience: I have been with organic strength since the end of 2022. I have seen massive personal growth physically and mentally. What can I say about the gym and Dan and Becca they are fantastic supportive coaches, they are attentive and focused on the plan in hand. I constantly felt supported and part of more than just a gym but a family. They empowered me and made me feel like a human being. They went above and beyond their coaching duties many a times. To be there for me when I was having a bad time mentally with stress. They plan many fantastic socials, run club, coffee and just lots of laughter, fun and pain of course. The variety of the exercises each week challenges you no matter of your experience level, injuries, all are supporters and pushed to a level of improvement. The wealth of knowledge and experience these two young individuals have and have done over the last few years has been nothing short of incredible. They have built a friendly gym environment for everyone of any shape, size, gender to go and feel totally relaxed and part of the organic family. My decision to leave was for personal reasons but I’d never say I won’t return, as Dan and Becca have become the best of friends and what they have done for me goes above and beyond what anyone has ever done for me. So they stole a piece of my heart and I will always have a place for organic strength in my blood. Love you guys and see you soon xx
