Fantastic experience: I first met Jake a few years ago after I won a competition he was doing on Instagram for a free PT session and I’ve never looked back! Jake is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable trainer, and really takes the time to ensure you’ve mastered the basics and the technique before moving onto the heavy weights. My strength has improved massively since training with Jake and my confidence going to the gym on my own has also massively improved. Tribe Athletic is such a friendly, motivation community; everyone supports each other! 10/10 would recommend to anyone, regardless of where you’re at in your fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Tribe for quite a few years now and it’s been great to see how much I’ve developed in terms of personal fitness, strength and accountability. Jake’s knowledge is really good and always takes into account your individual goals. Jake and team team at Tribe Athletic have done more than just run a great gym with great classes. They’ve built a community where everyone of all abilities wants to better themselves and help each other. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been at Tribe for over a year now and it’s completely changed my mindset towards exercise and weights in particular. The group dynamic is fantastic and no matter what weight you are lifting, the team support you to achieve bigger and better week on week. The programme on the app has helped me to have the confidence in the gym, away from Tribe, to continue the training and stay consistent. Even on the least motivated of days, Jake has encouraged me through the sessions and I’ve left feeling happy with what I’ve achieved!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE this gym. Jake got me into fitness a few years ago and now I have a big passion for training. The community is unbeatable and I have made so many life long friends here. It’s suitable for all levels of fitness, when I first started I couldn’t even lift a barbell now I am lifting almost double my body weight.

Fantastic experience: Saw this gym come advertised online through various social media platforms and it definitely caught my eye. I messaged them directly and got talking to a lad called Benjamin who was more than welcoming and friendly in his messages when I was enquiring about having a look around, he showed me where to look on the platforms for classes/ schedules etc. So I knew what I was looking for and then pointed me into direction of what I would need to attend to achieve my goal. Right from the get go I felt welcomed and relaxed just from messaging one of the chaps, I had a look around and thought it looked really great! Due to recent things I haven't been able to join a gym unfortunately. But if you are looking to start somewhere new, from the brief interactions I had I couldn't be more excited to start here if I was new to the area or just wanted a change. Highly recommended.
