Fantastic experience: Only managed a few sessions before Christmas and lockdown but loved it! It’s always nerve-racking entering a new gym but the trainers and everyone there is lovely and makes you feel very comfortable! 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Not your ordinary gym, 1V is innovative, fun, painful at times , but an absolute buzz. Expect to be pushed beyond your limit, whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned fitness fanatic. 1V is an awesome experience and with trial sessions available what are you waiting for?
