Fantastic experience: Weights on a Friday night is a highlight of my week. Some weeks I’m there more for my physical health, and other weeks I need it more for my mental health, but I always feel the benefits for both. The coaches are so encouraging and help me to improve week on week. I also love how all the members support and celebrate each other. I only wish I had time to come to more classes! Thank you to all at Nexus, in all my years of fitness training in various forms, I’ve never felt a sense of community like Nexus Fitness. It’s truly something special, and I’m so glad and lucky to be a part of it.

Fantastic experience: Not your "traditional gym" but I would recommend anybody struggling with motivation to give Nexus a try. There's no guilt or pressure to turn up, but when you do the energy in the room keeps you going, and a lot of that is from the amazing staff. Feels more like a social club rather than a gym, good vibes throughout (but they will work you as hard as you can, it still is a gym after all)

Fantastic experience: Really inclusive gym. If you are even a tiny bit curious of getting into fitness and learning about weights this is definitely the place to stick your big toe in! Friendly, encouraging and tailored to each individual in terms of weights etc, couldn’t recommend more

Fantastic experience: Nexus is everything you want from a gym. It tries hard (and succeeds) to be inclusive, supportive, friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. Classes are varied, well constructed, with an eye on individual goals and personal development. Nexus is that rare beast that makes it all about the clients. The atmosphere is excellent and we are all encouraged to go that little bit harder to achieve. Viva Nexus!

Fantastic experience: The best fitness community in market drayton, I have been going gor over a year which is thd longest I've ever done any sort of fitness classes. It's so welcoming and not intimidating at all. I really enjoy all the classes and highly recommend giving one a go! You'll not look back...

Fantastic experience: Really enjoy going to the disco spin and the spin- circuit classes. All the coaches do an amazing job at making them fun and not feel like you're doing a boring workout! Great music choices and atmosphere too!! Couldn't recommend Nexus enough!!

Fantastic experience: I joined Nexus just over a month ago and I can safely say it’s the best thing I’ve done! I absolutely love it! I’d wanted to join a gym for a while but knew I’d lack motivation going on my own so that’s when I contacted Katy at Nexus and I’ve never looked back. The classes are so much fun, all the coaches are super encouraging and push to get the best out of you. It’s such a lovely, friendly and supportive place to be. A real team community. Thanks Nexus!

Fantastic experience: Nexus is so different to a gym. The classes are brilliant: varied, challenging and you are really pushed to work to your own limits, not anyone else’s. The coaches are on hand giving encouragement and advice about technique which really helps you to progress. I attend three times a week and am so glad I’ve found it. The other members are great, you never feel judged or silly. What Katy and the team have managed to create here is really unique and special. Well done guys and thank you for all your support.

Fantastic experience: I was not a gym person until I found Nexus. The coaches are so supportive and make every session fun but challenging. I also love the fact the sessions are classes which motivates me to go as I don't have to worry about thinking what to do at the gym. There's a huge selection of classes to choose from too. Since starting here I've grown in confidence, not only at exercising, but also generally in myself. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love going to nexus! Even when I’m having a bad day the coaches always put a smile on my face! I always feel comfortable and I am growing in confidence. There are so many classes to choose from! I enjoy weights and circuits and bootcamps too! Something for everyone! Highly recommend as someone who finds it hard to push myself I love attending!

Fantastic experience: I’ve always valued the importance of exercise for good physical and mental health but having three children in 5 years meant very little time for self care! Equally I’ve always struggled with motivation in the typical gym environment so before Nexus even opened I liked the concept of the studio and small group classes. I’ve been going to Nexus since it opened in August and can honestly say I love it; it doesn’t feel like a chore and I genuinely enjoy everything about it, the coaches, the members and my increased fitness from the classes. The range of classes and timetable across the week means I can easily fit around my different work and childcare commitments to always be able attend a class when I’m free. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive and I’ve never felt nervous or scared to try something new! I would recommend Nexus to anyone who wants to get back into exercising and to meet new people, it really is part of my life now.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful class this morning with Lucy. A warm up round, then completing exercise sets with a partner and a team challenge to finish. Great atmosphere and lots of fun. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Been humming and Arring signing up here since it opened...out of pure nervousness I didn't go. Plucked up the courage booked in a spinning class and absolutely loved it! I met Sarah and Katy and they were both lovely. Made me feel so welcome as did the other members. Glad to be apart of this community. Also loved the little congratulations email I got after my first class nice little touch! Can't wait for my next class!
