Fantastic experience: I have always loved this gym and the people that run it and work there, mainly because they create a welcoming environment with fantastic facilities. Recently I’ve been taking the kids to the kids class on a Sunday 11am-12, it is absolutely fantastic, the kids come out each week loving it more and more! The coaches are great with them, make it fun, show them properly and train them correctly on all the equipment that we would use whilst making it fun too. Honestly the best session! I have been going along too and paying for an open gym session, so it means we are all training together, what more could you want! Thank you so much! See you next week!

Fantastic experience: Attend East Durham fitness due to neck + back stiffness for a massage which is fantastic ,relieves a lot of stiffness and some pain .Not a magic cure bit as we get older we can still manage our health well.Great value and I feel fantastic afterwards

Fantastic experience: The best gym, with the best atmosphere and incredible, experienced coaches. The best thing I ever did was sign up to their ShrED programme a year and a half ago. I’ve lost weight, whilst I’ve gained so much confidence, strength and knowledge, and gained a whole new family. Wouldn’t train anywhere else. Ever.
