Fantastic experience: I joined SPfit in August 2024 and it was the best decision I’ve made Simon is incredibly supportive and Kate my PT has designed a great programme for me that is challenging but also achievable with goals that I can reach Kate also makes sure that I’m progressing and pushing on as much as I can and listened to what I wanted the outcomes to be and then designed a programme to get me there Her messages of encouragement keep me moving forward when my motivation starts to dip Even when they are not training me Simon, Kate and Linda are always happy to help with queries or questions The gym is super friendly and because only a few members attend at a time sometimes feels like you have the whole space to yourselves and the booking system is easy and flexible There is plenty of strength equipment to achieve goals and there is also a running club, broga and small group sessions So much to keep you interested, meet new people and push yourself I’m so grateful I found this gym and the fantastic team Thanks Simon and SPfit, Kate and Linda

Fantastic experience: I am so glad I found SPFit. The gym is small but has everything you need and I love the fact there is a booking system so there are never too many people in the gym, meaning there is always plenty of equipment available to use. Fantastic experience: I recommend using SPFit if you prefer smaller, friendly gyms that arnt packed with intimidating machines. Simon is fun, encouraging (but not bossy) and very knowledgeable. The team who work at SPFit and the community of people who use it are non-judgemental and always happy to help and support others. I originally went as it’s basically open 24/7 which works well for my erratic work hours. I used to do a lot of cardio work but swapped to strength and functional training instead as I have a nasty, reoccurring back injury which flares up from time to time and I can say that with Simon and Kate’s professional advice and patience, it has improved LOADS and hardly ever niggles me now. Also, the showers are really good!!

Fantastic experience: A friend suggested that I try the broga sessions at SPFit in January, and I've not had a single regret. I can now walk long distances without pain in my achilles, I feel more flexible, my joints are much happier, my back is stronger and I feel much fitter to garden every day. I've benefitted hugely from sessions with Simon the coach who has helped me with my technique, reducing the pressure on my wrists, improving my posture and adapting exercises to suit me and my needs. He is extremely knowledgeable and encouraging, giving me the confidence to incorporate exercise into my daily routine. I have never even entered a gym before, but the friendly atmosphere, the wide range of people of all ages, shapes and sizes and the knowledgeable coaches put me at ease. I cannot recommend it enough.

Fantastic experience: I recently rejoined SPFit in February. I wanted to invest in myself and train in a different way, at a time that suits me and with expert guidance. Simon has been great. The program I am on is already producing results and his knowledge and little tweaks during PT sessions make all the difference and are well worth the investment. Small and varied group classes (optional) also allow for variation and provide that ‘team’ feeling. I would encourage anybody, no matter what stage they are in their fitness journey, to reach out to Simon. You will only get support, gain confidence and feel great.

Fantastic experience: After having a spinal fusion at such an early age, I felt I needed to be proactive so I could continue my passion for dressage. After looking at several training facilities I chose to join SP Fit. I instantly felt welcomed and assured that both Simon and Kate had the wealth of knowledge needed to deal with my individual needs. I particularly enjoy the weekly Broga sessions which have built my strength and flexibility alongside my personal training. Fantastic experience: I found SPFit when looking for a running club, with the primary aim of helping me to increase my speed. Not only have I done that, through tagging on to the back of the faster group, I have joined a supportive and encouraging community. Such a friendly and welcoming bunch, with coaches who know what they're talking about. I enjoy the variation of runs and the coaching sessions- not just aimlessly running, which I used to do on my own. I was encouraged to try Broga by Simon and have not been disappointed. As someone who is used to mainly cardio, I have really enjoyed the benefits of strength training and hopefully improving my flexibilty as well. It caters for a whole range of abilities, so no-one should feel left out! So glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and joined SPFit.

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym December 2023 and started broga sessions with Simon.I have really enjoyed Broga the time to stretch , build strength and unwind . In January I then started my PT one to one sessions with Linda. After 4 years of being out of the gym , having my son and lockdown within that time I had hugely lost my confidence. I have finally found that confidence again. Linda has been an amazing support for me and set me up with some great personal plans . I have just started my second plan and I'm already excited to get started on it. I've built strength , gained confidence and found that little bit of me again ! Looking forward to see what the rest of my fitness journey holds !

Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to win a prize for a 1-2-1 session with Simon. I have a CrossFit background and we worked on a couple of compound lifts and pull ups. Focused on technique and correcting some posture habits. Amazing the instant difference in tecnique learning from Simon. If I was closer I'd definitely be back for more. A very friendly gym, and everyone made me feel so welcome. I definitely recommend.

But please concentrate on your technique for those pull ups, squats and deadlifts. Make sure you are activating the right muscles to allow them to make strength adaptations.S & C coaches often say we need need to earn the right to lift heavier, well I am great believer in this phrase so the better your technique the safer and faster you will progress.Please keep in touch and let me know how you get on in any crossfit and riding competitions.

Fantastic experience: I have never been a fan of gyms. I thought all sweat, pain and ranks of costly equipment. The body-only disciplines of Tai Chi, Chi Kung and Pilates were more my style. But now in my 70s my body needs more challenges to keep fit, strong and balanced. A friend introduced me to SPFit, and the owner and lead trainer Simon Partridge took me carefully and clearly through the first stages working with me on schedules and goals. Simon is a force of nature, totally committed and hard working, and you just want to work for him and impress him. And it is work, nothing easy, but three months in and I am so much stronger, have more endurance and with a much more positive mental attitude to tackle daily life. I particularly enjoy the structured walks at pace and timed on specific routes. Such a difference to walk with a purpose. Also, the gym is small, everyone is friendly, and you have unlimited access. Oh, and a bonus was the fab Christmas dinner and making new friends. I can only highly recommend SPFit.

Secondly, it is an enormous credit to you for joining our team and then embracing your first programme.You train 2 - 3 times a week on your strength programme and get your new fast timed walk in 3 times a week.Then there is your dedication to good technique. You clearly bring your artist's and reachers's eye to the attention to detail in your training.So yesterday we set your 1st review for 2 weeks time. This is when we will review existing goals and set you ones plus write your new programme. This will include a new walk with a less noisy polluted route then around town as lovely as Sherborne is at your request.So the next 12 weeks are all about strength training. Fantastic experience: This is a great little gym in the centre of Sherborne. Small but very personal and super friendly and encouraging trainers. Nothing like the big commercial fitness centres- it’s a maximum of five people there at any one time. No machines apart from a rowing machine but plenty of other equipment to allow a good workout programme. Recommend

Fantastic experience: Spfit is a lovely gym, it’s small and friendly with a fab atmosphere, to work out in. Simon is a great trainer along side Kate who is also now qualified. I have been going for a number of years, it never gets boring, programmes are changed to suit our needs. Fantastic experience: SPFit is a small, very well-equipped, gym with pretty much everything that most people need. Simon (the 'SP' in 'SPFit') is extremely knowledgeable and, crucially, will work with you in achieving your goals, in a structured yet adaptable way, working within any physical constraints that may exist. Using SPFit is a two-way ‘conversation’ and you will get out as much as you want to put in. If you want to just 'pump iron' or mooch around machines looking at yourself in a mirror, well, this isn't the place for you (no mirrors, machines or egos). If however, you have genuine health / fitness targets, are willing to listen, learn and feedback and quite like the idea of being part of a 'community' then this could well be what you need; as the rolling stones once sang, 'you can't always get what you want, but if you try some time, well, you just might find, you get what you need'! you will get pushed (in a good way), you will be challenged (in a good way), you will sweat, you will ache and you may even swear. you'll also get to listen to your own music, have access to the gym 24/7, meet some lovely people, have some interesting chats, come away buzzing from a sense of accomplishment and improve your mental and physical wellbeing at the same time.

Fantastic experience: As a complete beginner to the gym and fitness, Simon has helped me massively in my confidence and training. From the start, he worked with me to tailor a programme to my goals, and helped me to perfect technique in my workouts. I continue to see great results in the gym in my strength, muscle building, and overall confidence because of this. Fantastic experience: SPFit is a great place for personal training and gym in between personal training sessions. Simon was really helpful when explaining how it works and Kate has set me up with a great training plan to keep working on. It’s really nice to train in a gym that gives you space with lots of equipment and with supportive people around you. It’s a gym that suits everyone no matter what experience you have. Fantastic experience: Join SPFit and join a gym where the coaches genuinely care that you progress and attain your goals. Where you are a name and a friend and not just a direct debit. Where you will start going and keep going because if you stop you will not only let yourself down, but you will genuinely let your coach down… because Simon and Kate in particular, have invested their time in you, because they believe in you and because they care. How many times have you joined a gym, paid your direct debit, had your induction session, been given a formulaic programme and left to get on with it? If you don’t bother going, no one messages you to ask if you’re ok and if you need help. As long as you keep paying, no one cares. I thought all gyms were going to keep my enthusiasm for a few weeks, even maybe a few months, but then I’d gradually stop going and give up altogether as I have done on numerous occasions over the years. But thanks to the support from the coaches at SPFit and the other members – I’m making goals, I’m reaching goals, I’m enjoying progressing and I for one am here to stay!

Fantastic experience: I've been a running club member since April and it's one of the highlights of my week. My main goal when I joined was to simply turn up as much as possible but thanks to Simon's coaching and encouragement from others in the group, I've improved my technique (especially ascending and descending hills) and improved my times over short and long distances. And I'm now warming up and cooling down properly (thanks Kate and Olly). I'm even enjoying our runs around town now that the nights have drawn in after a summer of running the tracks, trails, and lanes around Sherborne. But I think the best thing about the club is how inclusive it is - I reckon anyone would feel welcome and part of the group no matter their ability or running experience.

Fantastic experience: I have always been petrified of the gym, mainly because I hate the thought of people staring and judging me, but due to a change in jobs and realising I need to increase strength and stability with lifting I decided to look at reviews and found SPFit, went and met Simon and Kate and had a general chat about my goals, and I felt much more at ease! It's a lovely small gym, with all equipment that you need, but catered to your personal goals.. I chose to have PT sessions with Kate, and cannot fault her at all! She has catered my sessions to help support my goals and aid me in my job.. Having just had my first 8 week review I can definitely say that I have noticed a huge difference in my abilities, at the gym, and most importantly, at work and this is all down to Kate and her amazing coaching. Whenever Simon is there while I have my PT sessions he is always helpful, and also praises me for my progression which is always a nice personal touch Could not be happier with the gym, the staff and the people! Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym! In the past I have only been to large gyms, but I am so glad I found SPFit. The gym is small but has everything you need and I love the fact there is a booking system so there are never too many people in the gym, meaning there is always plenty of equipment available to use. You can also use the gym early in the morning or late at night which is great to not be restricted. Simon and Kate have been absolutely brilliant from the word go and really helped improve my confidence and knowledge. They listen carefully to what you need and want, giving you a personal program tailored specifically to give you the results you desire. They are great at keeping you on track, focussed and motivated. From past experiences I have found myself arriving at a gym and going through the same routine over and over, which can become rather monotonous. What I love about SPFit is that you stick to a program for a set number of weeks and then Simon/Kate will change it up and you'll be doing something new again. This keeps it fresh and stops your progress from plateauing. The gym has a great vibe and really isn't intimidating at all.

Fantastic experience: As a PT Simon works hard to make sure you do as well but at a sustainable pace. We have been building on my training programme for many months now which has meant I feel I am achieving new goals all the time. Changing up the exercises, weights and reps so that I don’t get bored has kept me coming back. Simon listens to what you want to achieve and help to stretch you goals at times. He comes highly recommended by me.

So you went skiing in January and said you definitely felt the benefits of your strength program. Fantastic experience: Not your Standard Gym! Clean, Tidy and has all the kit you could need to achieve any goal. I've been having PT sessions since November 2021 with Simon. My starting weight was 121kg and I managed to get down to 109Kg just before the Xmas Break. Simon is Very knowledgeable, Great to get along with and keeps you motivated. I highly Recommend SPFit!

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Simon for several months now and have already seen amazing results. Having never had a trainer or made much time for the gym before, I was apprehensive at first but Simon was so warm and welcoming from day one. Simon is a brilliant PT - knowledgeable and supportive and will send regular motivational messages to keep you in check. He really helps you master the technique of each exercise so you get the best results. Simon also works around my busy work schedule, is both professional and enthusiastic and always brings an element of fun regardless of how challenging the work-out! Fantastic experience: SPFit is a very well equipped, but small and highly personable gym, which incorporates personal training along with normal gym use. Always clean and tidy, with plenty of space to work (no more waiting for equipment), and with a friendly atmosphere. It's perfect for someone trying to achieve their goals, perhaps in a less intimidating venue than your standard gym. No egos here! Simon is a very well qualified PT. His sessions are full of knowledge on technique, and he always pushes me to get the most out of an exercise. He's also very quick to give tips when he has a free moment, to ensure that technique doesn't waver. Basically, he really knows his stuff! I've really enjoyed the last 7 months since I joined. The goals I have set myself feel much more achievable under Simon's guidance. Don't hesitate to give this gym a try. There is no requirement to sign up to any long contracts, so no reason not to give it a go. I highly recommend SPFit.

Fantastic experience: I've been doing Saturday morning classes online since lockdown. I have learnt so much about technique and have improved my strength massively. There is a really good community feel to the online classes, I feel a connection with people I have never met in person which is really motivating. Fantastic experience: I've been training with Simon Partridge for a few months now and it has been an experience I would highly recommend. I've found that Simon has a range of qualities and skills that make him a very good personal trainer: - He has a huge amount of experience and knowledge, having been a physical training instructor for the Royal Marines and studied at Loughborough University as well as a long track record of professional experience. As such, he approaches fitness with a well-rounded base of expertise and with a standard of professionalism that is far higher than other providers I've come across. This applies to the six years I've lived in this area and the previous areas I've resided in as well. - He approaches fitness in a holistic way, with a solid emphasis on mind-muscle connection, mobility, flexibility, confidence, also including mindfulness exercises into his practice. - He is dependable and reliable. I've never ever experienced him being late for a session, he is the one often reminding me to brush up on my drills! - He is highly personable with a good sense of humour and, once he has got to know you, will display a keen sense of when (and how) to push you and when to hold back. This intuition is a great skill when bringing out the best in your performance. - He is fantastic at teaching, not only in regard to the mechanical aspects of the exercises, but also in terms of the principles behind planning workouts, nutrition, maximizing progression, the benefits of healthy rest etc. I began my experience with Simon only expecting to be coached through exercises and held accountable to the goals I had set but on top of this, I have also learned more about health and fitness than at any other point in my life. This has had a positive effect on all aspects of my wellbeing. - He brings a very different approach to his business than most mainstream fitness providers. In other gyms I have been to there are mirrors everywhere, people posturing, and a general atmosphere of ego. Simon instead has a philosophy of "no egos" (a phrase you will often hear him say!) and this encourages us to be honest about where we're at and makes for a relaxed yet focused atmosphere. - He has been incredibly adaptable and accommodating throughout the COVID19 period, moving various classes online onto Zoom and Instagram despite incurring a significant injury. It would take a longer post to go into detail about the ways that Simon has tried to accommodate the community he has built through SPFit - suffice to say, he has gone above and beyond. His determination to serve his customers despite the circumstances has been inspiring. - Finally, one of the most unique aspects of training with Simon has been that he's really switched on about mental health - he picks up when clients might not be 100% and understands how to encourage and nurture confidence. In short, I reccommend him. Stop googling, give him a call, and see for yourself.

Fantastic experience: I began training with Simon and SPFit in November. I have tried out a number of PTs/gyms over the last few years and I can promise you that nothing compares to this one! A quality, well-thought-out training experience with a team that really care about your goals and are fully invested in your progress. Fantastic experience: Just had my review after the first set of sessions and found it so useful to reflect on my progress and plan for next steps. Simon has been really supportive of helping me in my rehabilitation from sciatic, tailoring the training and progress to my injury and needs. His clear instructions of which muscle groups to use and how to do the exercises properly has been immensely helpful and I am already seeing how it is helping me in everyday activities and in my eventing (horse riding). Fantastic experience: I have always found going to a gym intimidating so was very apprehensive when I approached SPFit after moving to Sherborne in the summer of 2020. What I found was a small, friendly, well equipped gym with a ‘no ego’ message. Simon is an excellent PT taking time to explore past injuries, health, exercise experience, test limits and movement before building a programme. The programme sets proper expectations, fits lifestyle, is at a pace that allows for realistic improvements and is fun. Simon is knowledgeable, always enthusiastic and is also excellent at adapting, be it to meet time or financial constraints or helping clients train during a lockdown. Thank you Kate. It has been a pleasure to coach you. You really concentrate on good form and technique/form on every movement pattern/exercise. We have also worked on fitness yoga in 1:1s so that you are now capable of being a "rockstar" in our broga class. But may be most pleasing to you is having joined our running club to enjoy social fun running with others after a serious hamstring injury, you smashed a great "PB" in our 5km time trial. Fantastic experience: I was introduced to Simon by a riding friend three months back. I started doing his free on-line Broga, stretching, strength and conditioning and HiT classes. I quickly noticed how much more motivated I became, being accepted and included into the team. I am no gym bunny and the thought of exercising was never appealing. However Simon has slowly pushed and encouraged me to try a totally new way of exercising; by making it so inclusive and fun, and by varying the exercises and classes, I have become totally addicted. Fantastic experience: I have been an online Zoom member over lockdown and only wish Simons gym was in my town!! He has introduced me to Broga which i had previously not heard of but I really love! I can notice my strength and posture holds improving. Thank you SPFit for opening my eyes to this challenging and effective class and look forward to Wednesday evenings 6.30 now. I also attend circuits. You will work hard. There is no escape!!! But there are always 3 levels and alternative exercises given for example if you have an injury.. Simon is very into effective exercise and warm ups.. they make sense and you can tell he has trained and really thought about what he is teaching. This is a placebo go if you want to see results.. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I joined Simon's broga classes whilst in lockdown. He has been great at motivating me and introducing me to broga. I didn't know much about yoga before starting his classes and doing them has definitely improved my strength and flexibility. Fantastic experience: I contacted Simon as I was visiting Sherborne from Runcorn and as I had an event coming up I didn't want to stop my training. He was very quick to respond and extremely accommodating. He invited me to join the running club on a run and to take part in their fitness yoga class. I received a very warm welcome from everyone and the route was challenging but also accommodated all the different abilities within the group using mustering /out and back. Fantastic experience: A fantastic space for training with excellent facilities, equipment and friendly, knowledgeable staff. After some time away from training I joined SPFit 6 months ago and I am enjoying my training more than I ever have. Wednesday nights Broga class has now become an integral part of my training and I only wish I had known about it sooner, I would highly recommend it to anybody of any age, personally it has greatly improved strength, durability, flexibility and given me an increased general awareness of my body. Fantastic experience: I have been training with Simon for over 15 years, I would have stopped many times if it weren't for his constant motivation, and renewing training programmes, I have never felt bored of doing the same exercises, or hitting the same targets. Its stayed fresh during all that time. Setting up his own gym has been great, fantastic kit but without the crowds and he has created an amazing team atmosphere. I have recently moved further away but am still able to train with the same intensity as his new ZOOM classes are as good as in person, He still ensures everyones technique and attitude are spot on. I cannot recommend him or SPFit highly enough!!

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Simon for 2 years and I am truly astonished by the results. I am stronger now in my mid -fifties than I have ever been and Simon has taught me a whole new range of exercises that I had never tried before. (I have to admit to having totally fallen in love with Power Cleans.) Simon has a wealth of experience and we regularly review my training programme and short, medium and long term goals to ensure that I am progressing. Simon puts a huge amount of energy into a PT session, constantly encouraging, motivating and challenging me and correcting exercise technique. I always achieve more than I would have done on my own, which is so satisfying (and exhausting!) The studio is very well equipped with a wide range of exercise equipment and the members are all really friendly and supportive. Being part of SP Fit makes me very happy and I can’t wait to see what else I can achieve!

Your progression and increase in strength has been phenomenal. And as you said its pretty cool to be be strong and fit in your 50s. Fantastic experience: Personal training with Simon has made me feel so much stronger physically, but also better able to deal with the stresses of the day (and self-employment!). It's always just the right level of challenge: I never think I'll be able to do it, and then surprise myself! I certainly never thought I'd be able to deadlift anything... Regular reviews help keep it interesting and Simon will often change things up depending on what I need that day or week. Going to SPFit is also about more than fitness, as I love seeing the rest of the #team and being inspired by their progress and their goals. My schedule can be unpredictable, and it would be really easy to skip my own exercise, but I'm always encouraged by Simon and the whole team to keep going and get through the door!

Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes 3 months ago. So I bit the bullet and rang SImon. Having been under the coaching of the brilliant Jared twice a week since then I have grown to love it, lost weight, gained strength & condition and most importantly almost reversed my diabetes. Fantastic experience: I initially joined the running club at Spfit. I had tried running on my own-injured myself and it was just lonely! I was nervous joining a club-was I too old? Too slow? I needn't have worried at all. I was welcomed and included right from the word go. Running across the Dorset countryside is glorious and makes me feel alive. Simon has amazing routes and the ethos of being part of a team makes sure adaptions and challenges are made for all members. Simon is so encouraging. I couldn't run to the end of my road when I started now I am trainning for the Yeovil Half in March and brilliantly have made some lovely friends. I also do Broga, Bootcamp and train at the studio. All sessions are fun, challenging and most importantly inclusive. Everyone makes progress. Everyone gives their best because Simon gives his best to us--the team. I thorouhly recommend SPfit. PT sessions are immense. I cannot believe how much progress i have made with Simon's support.

Fantastic experience: Spfit - where to start. I firstly joined the running club. A weekly run every Tuesday evening, running with all abilities. Simon carefully plans the route each week allowing all the groups to start and finish at the same time running different distances using the out and back method. A friendly bunch of people who cheer and spur each other on throughout the run! Moving on to joining the gym i became a part of the team, I had my own personal program designed for me. Booking in online the gym will never have more than 4-6 people training at one time. We all help each other and Simon is always on hand if we have a querie on technique or offer advice. Friday night bootcamp is great session to go to. An Hour of hiit exercise with a group of no more than 8-10 people. Simon again carefully puts together a session of different stations to work and stregthen different areas of the body. A great workout and a few laughs along the way! The Saturday strengthening group, another excellent extra session is an hour and half of a intense workout. Using different workouts such as Fran, Elizabeth, Diane etc working in pairs, it is like a large group PT session. Followed by a beat the instructor session at the end, occasionally a fitness test to see how you have progressed. I would definately reccommend Spfit to anyone, it isnt like any other gym. You can only get out of it the effort what you put in! I really enjoying the weight lifting and am very pleased with how i have progressed in a short time.

Fantastic experience: Since I came to England I hadn't done any sport and wasn't feeling confident with myself. I joined SPFit with the goal of getting fitter and it has exceeded all of my expectations, Simon is so encouraging, motivating and passionate about his job and his attention to my developement. I do PTs, broga and bootcamps as well as following the program that Simon designed for me, all in all a varied week. I have also met wonderful people from all walks of life which makes SPFit so unique as nobody has an ego! Simon is an excellent trainer and always makes every session no matter what it involves have a happy ending!

Fantastic experience: I joined SPFit last year at the advanced age of 62. My motivation was to inprove core strength for long distance riding. I have joined the weekly Broga sessions and also a weekly personal training session. It has been utterly brilliant. At the start I could do very little but have very quickly got a lot stronger. Simon is an excellent teacher - he will push you to the maximum but it is done with a lot of encouragement and if you are prepared to put the work in then so will he and nothing is too much trouble. Very highly recommended.
The best compliment I can pay you is that the other guys in our team do not believe you are 62. Your posture, core and whole body strength has improved beyond belief. That is simply down to your hard work and dedication to learning how to improve how your body moves. Thank you so much Liz.

Fantastic experience: I loved being a member of Tuesday night running club with SPFit. Simon is a great coach and running as a team is really motivating. Fantastic experience: Simon takes motivation to a whole new level, if it wasn’t for the motivation and interest in how I’m doing I probably wouldn’t want to go as much let alone join the extra classes I have joined. The running club is so friendly. The first time I turned up I saw others arrive and then went home again feeling I wouldn’t be good enough. I plucked the courage up to go the next week and was so pleased I did, I was welcomed with open arms and now I do my best to go every week. I could go on and on........

Fantastic experience: Years of doing it all wrong can be corrected in a matter of weeks by simply joining SPfit to train and learn. In the four months I have been training with Simon and his team, I am not just leaner, fitter and stronger, I have a far better understanding of how and when to train. Fantastic experience: I joined SPFIt at the beginning of December following a downward spiral of disillusionment at the gym I was a member of. I've taken part in the indoor and outdoor boot-camps as well as joining the running club...and I've totally got my motivation back. Fantastic experience: I have been a member of SPFit Running Club for about 6 months now. My endurance and speed has significantly improved since joining and there is a friendly team spirit within the club. Simon’s sessions are well planned and varied to maintain motivation and enjoyment. Fantastic experience: I've been a member of the running club for just over a year. Simon is an excellent coach and motivator, and really cares about every single member. The group has a wide range of abilities, so it's really easy to slot in wherever you feel comfortable. If you're looking to shave some time off your 10K, or even just trying to run 10K without stopping, then SPFit really is the best that Sherborne has to offer.

Fantastic experience: Have been running with the SP Fit running club for a year now. A great mix of varying ability/age runners means whatever your starting point you will not feel out of place. Varied runs through the year range from intervals, Off road, Time trials and all routes designed to push yourself and others around you. Highly recommended for all ages and ability.

Fantastic experience: I consulted Simon when I needed help to recover mobility and strength following an accident.
