Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a welcoming gym, excellent equipment, a great urban vibe, fresh coffee and a menu of protein shakes, then this gym is for you. Its so far from intimidating, the team are helpful, approachable and truly care. Free weights, cardio, fitness classes, boot camps (pending) PT's on hand and right on my doorstep. I lost my gym mojo and now its back! Oh, you won't need your headphones here as the tunes are on point Its like walking into a city club with protein instead of pints and weights instead of dates! Perfect!

Fantastic experience: Very good experience, greeted and shown around the whole gym on the first time going. The equipment is of a very high standard, and all in all is a very good environment to train in.
