Fantastic experience: My son trains here twice a week & I train once a week - we've been coming for over 6 months now it has a warm, Friendly atmosphere everyone is so welcoming. Rob is great at what he does and his experience shows in his different training styles - he also has the patience of a Saint with the kids class! Lol
