Fantastic experience: My friends and I come to Looe every summer for a vacation together, we all live in different parts of the UK so never get to throwdown together, CrossFit Kernow was super welcoming to us and we all had great fun. 100% will be coming back, such good price for what you get too!

Fantastic experience: First session and absolutely loved it ..learnt a few things about myself I.e. can't skip lol....but also found some strengths that I am proud of....the trainers and fellow fitness buddies are all encouraging and supportive..and a good measure of humour is welcomed to spur you on. Felt like I was in professional hands and personal safety was protected.will be returning and recommending to others.
