Fantastic experience: There is no better gym for women in Norwich! Coral and Kay are the most welcoming, encouraging and knowledgable coaches making sure you are encouraged to push yourself and ensure you achieve your goals. The gym is so welcoming with the best group of girls, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

Fantastic experience: This place has changed everything for me. I used to hate going to the gym, never feeling comfortable or knew what I was doing but Coral and Kay make everyone feel so welcome and are amazing at what they do. I now couldn’t be without having this in my life at all. Everyone is so welcoming and amazing and it’s just such a nice place to be. Thank you for changing my perspective on fitness, you’ve made me feel so much more confident with working out and more confident with weight training and just generally with pushing myself more and more!

Fantastic experience: Both Kay & Coral are amazing instructors , really motivating and know when to push you that little bit more ! Classes are full of sweat and giggles , a lovely bunch of girls to train with . Couldn’t recommend enough

Fantastic experience: EmpowHER Fitness is an amazing community. Coral and Kay gave me the confidence to strength train and build on my weights in a controlled session. These one hour sessions are well planned, they check my form and push me to do abit more. Highly recommend no matter your ability.

Fantastic experience: I've just completed the Christmas Challenge with EmpowHER and have absolutely loved it. Kay and Coral are both so knowledgeable and motivating. The SGPT sessions are amazing, it's like having a one-to-one PT session but you actually get the added benefit of training with other like-minded women to help support you and challenge you. Kay and Coral always make sure that your form and technique is right, which is so often overlooked in other training environments. Everyone I've met so far has been so welcoming and inclusive. I am definitely a gym-phobe and have always had PT sessions partly to avoid the gym anxiety. Joining EmpowHER, I was nervous about strength training in groups - I worried about not being able to keep up with others, or that I'd compare myself negatively to others. But the whole ethos of EmpowHER is just so positive and, yep, empowering! It's a community. I can't stress enough how much I'm enjoying it after just six short weeks! Thank you to Coral and Kay and all the women at EmpowHER, I'm looking forward to training with you in 2024 and beyond.

Both Kay and Coral are incredible PT’s, they are so motivational and really encourage you to push to achieve your fitness goals while making the process fun along the way. Fantastic experience: I can't really describe how I feel, the words are not enough. I never thought I will get into the gym routine ever again and now I manage to come 3-4 times per week. I really want to thank you for such a welcoming place, for pushing me to reach my best and for creating such a nice atmosphere for each and every class. Fantastic experience: This is my favourite place to train now. Love the small group PT and classes. Exercise no longer feels like a chore! All the women I have met so far have been super friendly and Kay and Coral have a wealth of experience between them. Looking forward to being a part of the EmpowHER community. Let's do this ladies xx
