Fantastic experience: Fantastic Gym with loads of Strongman equipment. The Community are Amazing and supportive which encourages you to attend more. and Dean the Coach and owner is encouraging and knowledgeable. if it's not strength specific training your looking for, then there is bootcamps and exercises that are more Cardio and HIIT based that you can get involved in. there is seasonal gatherings to bring everyone together for Tea, Cakes and Lifting such as Christmas and Halloween. and there is also Strongman events held for those that like to test themselves in a more competitive manner. I whole heartedly recommend attending the unit as it's a great gym to go to

Fantastic experience: The Unit is an amazing facility and Dean is a fantastic coach. Knowledgeable yet always learning, both supportive and encouraging he’ll push you to your limits and beyond! I love coming here and enjoy a variety of classes as well as personal training. Along with Coach comes everyone else who trains at the The Unit….a great team who are also supportive and encouraging which creates a brilliant atmosphere. Bootcamps, ladies strength classes and strongman training are all available and I would 100% recommend them all

Fantastic experience: A really down to earth, lovely friendly and welcoming feeling about this place. Coach Dean is fantastic, and makes everyone feel like they belong. Really competitively priced variety of classes on offer (some are Ladies Only, which are great! ) and which you can pay for as you go, or alternatively even more savings if you decide to go with one of the different level of membership packages. Also Open Gym sessions available for your own training. I would recommend it to anyone

Fantastic experience: After a friend recommended Dean's bootcamp classes, I go whenever time allows. Dean really knows his stuff, motivates you to work as hard as you can, and the result is worth the effort. I certainly feel buzzed after 45 mins of sweating buckets. The bootcamp classes are full of like-minded people who are all very welcoming to newbies. And Dean's price is good too :)

Fantastic experience: Had my first session at the Bootcamp last week, was great. Will be back this week and weekly for the Bootcamp and some of the other sessions which are on.

Fantastic experience: Great place to train; all the equipment you need and the most friendly, supportive atmosphere imaginable. Dean (or Coach) is an absolute fountain of knowledge. Can't recommend this place highly enough.
