Centurion Strength and Fitness

Here at Centurion Strength and fitness the model is person centred training and focusing on the individuals level of experience, providing a family run safe environment where everyone is welcome. Ranging from cardio equipment through pin loaded machines and moving onto free weights and a well equipped strength and conditioning section there is something for everyone. 1 2 1 sessions are available and group sessions are also catered for. supplements and clothing is also available on request.
