Fantastic experience: Been suffering with a really bad back the past few days. Booked in a deep tissue massage with Sharon for 50 minutes. My back feels brand new!! Such an amazing massage. Could have laid there all day!!

All the staff really take a personal care for your fitness goals. The classes are brilliant so much to offer. Sharron & Nicole go above and beyond thank you for making me feel so good about Going to a gym, without this gym I don’t think I would have had the Confidence to work out.
