Fantastic experience: My space My people My Gym. I love training at EVOLVE. I have gone from strength to strength in all my training, I love the variety of classes that are available with coaches who are brilliant at their job and believe in the people they coach . Everyone is valued and encouraged even when you can't see your own potential, they do. Having an accountability coach who checks in on you keeps me on track but knowing that all the coaches are rooting for you makes it a great place to train. I have met so many great people at the gym that I definitely feel it's a special place . My only gripe.. I wish I'd joined sooner Thanks, Tyler Aaron and Jordan .

It has finally helped stay consistent with my training, improved my physical and mental wellbeing being would strongly recommend others to join if they are looking improve themselves for the reasons mentioned above.

They give you full support in and out of the gym. Other gym members also very friendly. Great atmosphere all round. You'll not regret choosing evolve

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend highly enough, the place is so clean, everyone is so friendly and helpful and the coaches are absolutely fabulous. They are so encouraging, genuinely want the best for you, and nothing is too much trouble for them. There's such a variety of time slots with the classes which makes it easy to fit around a very busy work and home life. 5 stars all round!!

An open, honest, welcoming and very friendly culture and environment. Very much has an intrinsic “we are one” feel that makes both the new starter and all the users feel welcome, appreciated and supported. Very deep knowledge base, ensuring the clients are not doing too much, to the point of saying so (to me)…..thereby promoting both fitness and knowledge but also reducing the possibilities of injuries. Fantastic experience: A great place to be. From the moment I spoke to Aaron, I knew it was something different. "No mirrors and no egos" was the first thing mentioned to me on my initial phone call. There was no hard sell/sales pitch etc, it was a genuine phone call to see what my objectives were and how they could help with my fitness journey. I would highly recommend Evolve to anyone, especially if you're suffering from 'gym anxiety'...this place is different. It's worth a try and you’ll be welcomed every single time you step foot in the place.

Fantastic experience: Since arriving at Evolve a month ago, the coaches have been fantastic, very encouraging and patient. They’re very observant and safety is of upmost importance. They are getting the best results for me. I’ve learned more than I could have imagined in a short space of time and with the weights etc I don’t feel foolish or intimidated when I need to be shown again, how to do an exercise effectively. The other members are also so helpful and everyone is friendly.

Fantastic experience: Evolve is the best thing I did for myself in ages. The coaches are so professional, they answear all your queries, they give you all the support you need for your fitness journey and they keep you motivated all the time. Before evolve I wasn't motivated, I knew what I was aiming for but had no idea how to get there. With evolve you have a plan, you work with your coaches and you become more accountable for yourself, you have the opportunity to keep track of your progress every month with the body scan offered by Evolve! Last but not least I want to spend a word about the community Evolve created, I am quite new to it but I never felt an outsider, everyone is so positive, keen to share their experience, everyone makes your sweaty sessions much more enjoyable!!! Belive it or not but I am on holidays, lying on a beach in Italy, but I already miss my Evolve sessions!! That is how addicted you get to it you can't understand unless you try it!

Fantastic experience: NO MIRRORS NO EGOS In my short time I have been training at evolve I have learned so much about my own body. From lifting weights to my form and also nutrition to calorie counting you get taught it all. All the coaches go out of there way to help you not only in the gym but outside of the gym as well. A friendly place where everyone is welcomed with open arms.

Fantastic experience: Evolve is like no other gym. I joined nervous and unsure. I can honestly say this has been one of the best decisions of my life. The coaches are amazing, so dedicated and person centred. I am doing things I would never have attempted, gaining strength and increasing my mobility and I have more energy for the rest of my day now as well. I couldn't recommend the Evolve family highly enough. It's now officially my happy place!

Fantastic experience: An amazing gym with an even more amazing atmosphere. Evolve has been a game changer for me when it comes to health and fitness. The coaches are incredible and go out of their way to help you achieve your fitness/health goals. By far the best gym around! Going to the gym no longer feels like a chore, I look forward to it because of Evolve and everyone who is a part of it.

Fantastic experience: I was reticent about joining at first but so glad I did now. The trainers are great and everyone is so friendly. Exercising like this really lifts your mood and staff in Evolve encourage you to continue. I am delighted with my progress especially since I am not at the young end of the spectrum. Didn't think I could do it but all ages are welcome at Evolve.

Fantastic experience: I joined evolve when i knew that both my body and mindset needed a serious overhaul. Thanks to all the staff here i have never looked back. They have taught me so much about fitness, mindset and nutrition and for that i will be forever grateful. I now class the staff as very good friends and meeting new members brings new longlasting friendships also. You won't get this experience and support anywhere else, i know, i tried!!

Fantastic experience: A gym that treats you like an individual and also treats every part of you. Will help with fitness, nutrition and mindset. Will adapt programs/exercises to suit you so you are not out of your depth. A great place for building your confidence with excellent coaches and members.

Fantastic experience: I have it been with Evolve few weeks. everybody is lovely and friendly no matter what ability or fitness level your at you get encouragement from each other. The staff are great as well always there if needed to show how to work out properly and safely or on the phone

Fantastic experience: For someone who has done the circuit ie slimming world, weightwatchers and other pt's I have found with Aaron, not only have I lost weight, I have got stronger and alot fitter. He has helped to build up my confidentance and my mental health has improved. In the gym I have met alot of other clients, whom now have become great friends. This is a unique and great place, a magnificent gym and most important you are excercising with friends.

Fantastic experience: Evolve is by far the most complete training facility I have had the pleasure of using. But what separates Evolve from other places is the staff. The staff at Evolve take training to a different level, whether you use P.T. Sessions or the classes. Struggled to get results elsewhere? Then talk to these guys they help you with nutrition, and motivation. Whether your feeling past it and want to get back into shape or come looking to build that beach body they know how to guide you through the process

Fantastic experience: Joined Evolve in May 2017. This began one of the greatest and most enjoyable journeys I have ever taken. The training with Aaron is absolutely amazing. We learn a lot about different aspects and methods of training. I joined to get help in losing weight but got a lot more from Evolve I am down over 3stone and a lot fitter,leaner and stronger. Its not just about the training, its the friendly atmosphere, the motivation,the help and advice with injuries and diets We are like a family at Evolve,encouraging and helping each other Aaron even checks with us during week to see how we are getting on. For me this is the place to be and results across the board show this The fun and enjoyment is mighty. Stephen
