Fantastic experience: Amazing training programme which is made by the brilliant set of people that attend. I can imagine that some people might be put off by the daunting thought of training with a group of people (both men and women) but nothing could be further from the truth. Paul is the most enthusiastic PT you could wish to meet and the group that train here are as friendly and helpful as you could wish to meet. No matter what your level of experience and ability you won't regret giving it a try, it's great fun and will make a huge difference to anyone looking to improve their fitness.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the world! Been a member for coming up to a year and it's been brilliant. Based on small group team training focusing on strength development, cardio and the necessary skills for practical fitness. No beanie hats, headphones or mirrors! Just hard work and results!
